Located only 3 miles from the historic town of Henley on Thames and within view of the beautiful National Trust’s Grey’s Court, we are ideally located to explore the local area whilst remaining secluded away from the hustle and bustle . Walkers & bikers are spoilt for choice with footpaths leading from the garden including one that leads to a wonderful local pub.

Set on the edge of the Chilterns there are lots of country walks and we are close to the Red Lion pub with its excellent food and local beers. Perfectly located for Henley-on-Thames, approximately 4 miles away, which is ideal for the Regatta and many of the other festivals held in the area. Windsor is a 30 minute drive away and Reading and Oxford are also easily accessible.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.
