Monthly Rentals in Kingsville

It’s a lovely little unit and has all the amenities you need. It was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. Kathy was wonderful when it came to flexibility around late check-ins and gave ample time for check-in and check-out instructions. The area is quiet and peaceful, a short walk to a bus stop which can get you to the nearest train station. Would definitely stay here again!

Car parking in the general area can be a challenge, often a short walk required. We were fortunate with the weather, but if wet it may have been more of an issue. It is an area problem, not an issue with the host.

Soraya’s apartment is lovely and very well maintained and looks exactly as represented in the photos. We loved the area for our extended stay in Footscray. Close to public transport into CBD, lots of good cafes, trendy little wine bars and short walk to IAG supermarket. Communication was good with Prithivan and he addressed the few minor issues we had in a prompt manner. Appreciated the flexible move out time as well. Would definitely recommend this property to other guests. Thank you

Had an excellent stay! Caroline and Jonas have created a welcoming space in a lovely location. Easy to find and to check in, convenient location. Would happily stay here again!
