The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Deer View was built & designed by my husband Dominic ❤️

The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.
