She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

It was such a great place to stay!

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

Great place

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Very good location, ideal for a few days in Hanoi.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

Comfortable, stylish and well located (for those wanting to experience the Old Quarter and more local experience). The view is stunning, with the sunrise right in front of your window. Bed is large and comfortable, brilliant white towels are changed every day, there’s always a water, the air conditioner is new and well maintained. It’s all I needed — on top of that an amazing surprise, a laundry service which was very helpful on this trip. Cleaning lady is taking care of you with a lot of intention and the host checked in with me multiple times if I feel comfortable. The building is in front of train railway so it is noisy — you’re provided the earplugs and eye mask. My sleep is deep, so I personally had no problem, but you must be aware of this fact. Plus — Lots of stylish and interesting coffee shops around. Thank you for everything!

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

The place is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Train Street and close to nearly all the main attractions in the area. It’s very convenient, spotlessly clean, and set in a peaceful neighborhood, so you can rest well after a full day of exploring. The host was incredibly kind, allowing us to extend our stay by a few hours since our flight was at 10 PM. They also offer airport transportation at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Hanoi, Vietnam. ✨✨✨✨

It was nice, convenient, and friendly.

The place isn't very big and not super easy to find but it's a lovely apartment in a very central location. Easy to get to, lots of restaurants, sights and things to do around. The street noise is less than expected and the apartment is very clean. Communication was absolutely spectacular, questions have always been answered almost immediately. Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! The hosts were responsive and friendly. They also gave us local recommendations, which we really appreciated. This is a cute, authentic stay in the heart of Hanoi. My friends and I joked that it felt like we were having a fun slumber party with how the beds spanned the entire room. We also appreciated the drinking water left for us. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at this AirBnB. The rooms were very clean. The AC worked great and was a nice retreat from the Hanoi heat. The washing machine and dryer worked very well and there was laundry detergent provided. Highly reccomend!
