Vacation rentals with a home theater in Kim Ma

It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

The room is very beautiful, decor according to the pink tone of the pea is very flattering. Everything is organized and carefully cleaned before handing over the room. The location is also very easy to find, you host and protect this area respond quickly and support enthusiastically so the check-in part is not difficult. Just around the corner is the mall so the food selection is also plentiful. There's nothing to complain about overall for the rental price. Highly recommend for everyone!

I really liked this place. Perfect in the host's kind and clean room. The special kitchen and everything else were so clean as if they were new, so I felt better when I cooked! And the bathroom was really clean. It was clean without a single mold mark, and I felt much better as soon as I entered because it smelled good. The bedding was fluffy without a single speck of dust, so I had a good night's sleep. I appreciate you running such a good accommodation! I'll use it often next time I visit Hanoi. I'll see you next time 🥰

Huy's place is very homey and the bed and bed sheets are comfortable and soft. The location was great and loved the Old Quartier vibe of the alley where the apartment is located. Everything worked perfectly and the apartment was very quiet. My husband and I arrived at Huy's place in the middle of the night and Huy had provided easy self check-in/check-out instructions, everything went very smoothly so if you're travelling with the sleeper bus this is also a great option. Thank you Huy and would love to come back. Highly recommended!!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s a great option for a group of friends or family looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay together. With each bedroom on a different floor, there's plenty of privacy, and every room is well-equipped with strong air conditioning, hot showers, comfy beds, and even a desk if you need to get some work done. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient, just a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi!

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!
