An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

There are 3 bedrooms (one with en suite), a sleeping loft above the den, a mezzanine, 2nd bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Accessed via an entrance gate, the house is set back from the road in a peaceful, private setting with mature gardens, patio & barbecue area.

Very sunny patio and living room / kitchen area with sea view. 15 minutes walk to Tinnabearna Beach, very quiet road. The house is very warm, built with the newest energy standards. We have fast unlimited Internet and a big LG SmartTV (65"). Weekly bookings only in July & August.
