Monthly Rentals in Killinure

Michael and Olivia's place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was close to Athlone, and also along a country lane so we were able to go for an evening walk. We definitely recommend their place.

Can’t say enough about this lovely home steps from the Shannon. Welcoming, well furnished, decorated and equipped, it was perfect for two couples to enjoy all that Athlone has to offer, and we walked everywhere. We made dinner at home and it was lovely. We would definitely hope to come back.

Kate is a lovely helpful free spirit. The accommodation suited me down to the ground but is basic. The nearest pub/shop is a 30/40 minute walk. The toilet is a composting one (bucket with sawdust in it which you empty yourself.) Lots of seasonal veg is available and if you so choose you can even help around the farm. Not for everyone but if your down to earth and relaxed sort of person, youll love it.

Brigit and John are wonderful hosts. They're kind and friendly, and even left us some lovely homemade bread. The cabin was perfect, small but as described in photos and very well laid out so it did not feel cramped. The goats out front are great entertainment and there's a cute little porch to sit on and enjoy them as well as the view. It's a quiet area and there's a pub/restaurant a short peaceful walk away, with fantastic food. Cannot recommend enough.
