This place is a beautiful home with a nice private backyard and very modern interior. The dog from the owner came over every day which was very nice for our kids. We arrived very late but everything was great from the beginning. On the first morning we received freshly baked bread from the owner. Within 30 minutes of driving there are lots of things to do. You can experience Cornwall including beautiful beaches but also relax in the house including a nice fireplace. Absolutely recommend this place!!!

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

A beautiful apartment with genuinely stunning views from the balcony and living room. The amenities are excellent, and the hosts fab!

We were very happy, Robbie (host) was very helpful, provided detailed and easy to follow instructions and the house was exactly as described. The location on the cusp of the Devon and Cornish boarder is perfect if you want to visit each region. A short drive away from Bude and other great places, such as Clovelly. Robbie had left brownies, bread and provided other staple goods when we arrived, which was a lovely gesture.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Had a fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place. It was easily accessible and just about managed to fit the car on the drive with the gates closed. Easy to find and local walking distance to the town centre and 3 min walk to the beach. Restaurants close by too! Nice little sun trap on the decking. Nice location to explore local area. Would recommend and would stay again. Maggie enjoyed the dog treats and the toys were a nice bonus - thank you.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Annie was a great host! Would definitely recommend for any couples wanting to get a break away. Out the back is very private and quiet. Lots of things are within walking distance of the annexe so you will barely need your car! Bude is a beautiful part of Cornwall with loads of restaurants and walks. The annex was very well presented and was the perfect size! If we are ever in Bude again we will defiantly stay at ‘Out the back’

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

I loved staying here and can't wait to come back. I came here for some R&R and the spot here is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts who respected your privacy. The secret garden was a bonus too!

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Fantastic little spot, 5 mins walk to the harbour 10mins to the center of town. Views were stunning and the photo's and description didn't really do it justice, better than we expected. Perfect spot to explore the North Coast.

My parents had such a nice stay at Debbie and Robs house in Padstow. The location is amazing with everything on your doorstep. The house was excellent with everything you could possibly need. We look forward to staying again in the future

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. Great accommodation, exactly what me and my husband needed whilst attending a wedding at a venue nearby. Alex was lovely and greeted us when we arrived quite late and responded quickly to any queries. Low Tide was spotless, exactly as described and lovely to stay in. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

Our stay at The Loft was perfect from beginning to end. Extremely clear concise directions from Matt made for an easy arrival, with the added bonus of a parking space. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and, surprisingly roomy. It is clear that a great deal of thought and design has gone into this property, utilising every last space, nook and cranny with the ultimate result of providing a spacious and full equipped holiday let. Not only was the apartment itself attractive and comfortable, the bonus of a balcony with a view was the icing on the cake! We had three gloriously sunny days here and, needless to say, when we weren’t on the steam train, on the riverboat or exploring Dartmouth, we spent every moment we could on this balcony watching the comings and goings on the river. We absolutely loved staying here and will certainly be back – thank you!

Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

We have loved staying at Susan's place, it's really well done, comfortable and clean. It's close to local places such as Port Issac and Polzeath. We would certainly come back when in the area again

Topside was ideally placed for access into Bude town. It was down hill to the beach in Bude. Lovely scenic walks over cliffs and beautiful bays. Be prepared in bad weather; some shops, eating places; close earlier and some restrictions if you have a dog. Loved the cafe in Bude museum for cream tea with a view. Thank you Vikki you thought of everything and were very welcoming. Bathrooms morden and clean with fluffy towels.

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely short peaceful stay in this self contained flat. Beautifully finished to a high standard and super clean and tidy. We would be more than happy to visit here again. Highly recommended.
