A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Staying at Daryl’s was perfect, he always responded to any messages I had sent to him within a short window, and was kind enough to leave us some Prosecco and chocolate as a welcome gift! The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

The place was clean and peaceful, and the host provded clear instructions for access. We were able to walk into Braunton and the host provided some great recommendations for food. We had a lovely stay.

Dawn is an absolutely lovely and accommodating host! Last minute booking and she was so helpful and responsive to get this booked! The photos of the property do not do it justice! Beautiful stay! Very close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Helen provided some great recommendations, we tried 4 restaurants she suggested and they were all great. The flat was spacious, had a beautiful view and good amenities. While staying we also took a drive to Woolacombe, Instow, Clovelly and a boat trip to Lundy which were all very much enjoyed. Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we loved the sunny garden. Two bedside lights would have been helpful but otherwise the place was perfect

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Ideally situated within 5 minute walking distance to shops/beach front. Views from the apartment were spectacular, I don't think you could beat them anywhere else in Woolacombe. Lovely clean and comfortable space. We will definitely be returning!

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We had a lovely comfortable 3 nights at Lynbridge House. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. There are plenty of beautiful walks from the apartment... The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the kitchen is well equipped....just what you need on a holiday!!! We will definitely book again when we visit the area.

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
