I felt at home immediately I arrived at Swordfish.The guard expressed readiness to host us.During the stay,Gladys was very helpful and made our stay cool . Rossella assisted with a list of cabs to engage during the stay that we really appreciated.I would highly recommend Swordfish samaki house to anyone willing to stay in Malindi.

This place is definitely worth your time looking at. I thought I’d miss being right at the beach, but honestly, we looked forward to coming ‘home’ to Joseph and David and the calm, quiet, cool of Ruby House. We spent time reading, playing games, reconnecting and resting, as well as swimming and bobbing in the creek - listening and watching birds. It is so peaceful - chatting with fishermen, and just taking in the surroundings. We went for a few day trips- the Gede ruins are well worth an hour of your time, sand dunes north of malindi were great. And we LOVED Garoda Beach - much less seaweed and less busy. I could not speak more highly of the staff - they were present but not, flexible, understanding and really wanted to help make your time enjoyable. The rooms were so comfortable. I think it may be a little hot in the very hot month, but it gets a lovely breeze and there is always the one room to escape into for an afternoon nap if necessary - but we didn’t need to do this. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay. Katie was always friendly and responsive, and Beatrice, Anderson and Ngala made our time extra peacfeul. We loved having Sophie the cat around. The house is a short tuk-tuk drive away from the creek with some really wonderful restaurants around. It's exactly as showed on the pictures, we slept in the lower two rooms as we visited just as the raint season started and the top bedroom is a little exposed, but very beautiful if you're staying in the dry season. Would really recommend :)

Lovely house, great pool, attentive but unobtrusive staff including a great chef. You need some reliable Tuk Tuk drivers to get to the beach and other places but you wouldn’t get a place of this quality/price by the beach. Both our families had an incredible stay at Watamu.

Jess place was ideal for our group of friends. The location was perfect and offered enough space for all 8 of us. The staff were the best humans who ensured our stay was beyond comfortable. This will definitely become a home away from home. I highly recommend staying and experiencing this home.

This is a lovely house on the beach just next to Treehouse Watamu. The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, and the house has lots of spots to relax and hangout. It also has a nice pool, good mosquito nets and lots of fans. The ocean is a 3 minute walk and this particular stretch of beach is peaceful, empty and hassle free. The house has two good sized double rooms with a bunkbed (double down, single up) in a small corridor. It fit our family of five perfectly. Will definitely be back.

I had a great stay. The apartment was clean and quiet, pool was cleaned every day, wifi was strong (it was a working trip). Florah provided needed information, checked in and was responsive to questions. Location is great, close enough to shops and beach. I would definitely stay again when I am through Mombasa! Staying with June was very nice. A nice room with everything included! Especially the view over the creek is beautiful (especially at sunset). The distance to the supermarket and downtown is also good, easy to walk to. It can get pretty hot in the room though. Fortunately there is air conditioning, but we noticed that it takes a while before the big room is really cool. When we had questions, June responded super quickly and proactively.

Very responsive host, he helped me and my friend alot when we had no clue. Would recommend anyone to book his place, i must get back there when visiting mombasa again.

We enjoyed a homely place and relaxed. The view of the ocean from the house is everything. Well cleaned and maintained all through. The kids had an awesome time and very secure. we only noted that the pool wasn't as regularly cleaned which is of concern especially when you have young kids.

Stay was as advertised. Linda was great to communicate with and very responsive. would. recommend positively to anybody considering Linda's place.

Aly was a wonderful host for a trip with my friends. The listing looked just like the photos and the view was even better in person. One of our group unfortunately fell ill and Aly was quick to give us a recommendation for a nearby hospital. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice spot in Mombasa.

We had a great stay at Lucy’s place. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, and we were able to use it every day. The air conditioner kept us comfortable, and having a washing machine and iron was really helpful, especially with the clothes we brought. A cleaner came in regularly, which kept everything tidy. Getting to the main amenities and nearby cities was easy, and tuk-tuks were readily available to pick us up whenever needed. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend staying at Lucy’s place!

We had a pleasant stay. Lots of amenities associated with the Gecko resort. Good restaurants not far away. Tribe Water Sports on the beach. Great Kite Boarding. Two big pools. Nightly entertainment. Daily cleaning.

Terry' s place was comfortable,Serene, well thought of,very neat fitted with proper furniture. The pictures on the app are exactly the same,well maintained, neat ..It's a place worth spending your holiday...you can easily access the mall, different places in Nyali...My family loved the place...it's a to go home anytime am in Mombasa.

This place was not only beautifully furnished, clean and in a very secure and prime location! Everything you need is provided, well stacked kitchen, endless supply of towels, and if anything was missing Susan and Hamisa the wonderful housekeeper were there ready to support immediately! I can not praise them or this place enough! The location is perfect! It’s right on the beach front, surrounded by many fantastic restaurants, bars, and boats for trips! We saw dolphins on a trip and went on an elephant sighting! It was magical! At the end of the day, it is peaceful and quiet to have a good night sleep and start the adventures again! I highly recommend Susan’s beautiful flat and will definitely be visiting again! I’ve already shared it with several friends, who I am sure will visit soon!
