Das Apartment ALPINE HOME befindet sich in einem Landhaus, 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum des Dorfs Kirchberg in Tirol entfernt, in einem Seitenweg in der Nähe des Gaisbergs. Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. Unweit gibt es bereits kleinere Lokale und Restaurants von tirolerisch, über italienisch bis hin zum Steakhouse. Im Dorfzentrum finden Sie Unterhaltung in Cafés, Bars oder traditionellen Wirtshäusern. Das Apartment verfügt über einen Vorraum, ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer en Suite, einen Wohnraum mit Sat TV und einer Couch, die man für 2 weiter Personen ausklappen kann. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
