There are many nearby attractions and leisure activities, a waterskiing facility, a summer toboggan run, horse stables, etc. In the village, there is a ski resort and a winter toboggan run with floodlights. The house is just under half an hour away from one of the largest Austrian ski areas "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".
