Monthly Rentals in Khlong Ton

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

The apartment is great and has everything you need like washing machine and cups/plates. As others have said it’s far from everything but if you use grab bike it’s not too much of an issue. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the lane and the actual apartment building and people are nice. A quiet area to enjoy coming back too.

Pro: - The rooftop terrace and the pool looks magnificent - The whole building and the public spaces are also great - There are 4 elevators and they move fast - Face scan is needed to enter the building and to use the elevator that gives the sense of security - Staff is kind and polite - Area is safe - There’s a market right across the street that has delicious foods, drinks and even some clothes and other stuff - There’s a 7/11 just under the building, another one across the street - The Airport train is just 5-10 minutes walk away - The apartment is well equipped - There are 2 Air Conditioners - The view from the bedroom/balcony is great, it’s on the 30th floor - Wifi is fast - The host has a quick response time - Several bus lines around the building Cons: - The mattress is hard as a rock which makes sleeping uncomfortable - The windows are facing North so no direct sunlight - No big supermarkets/malls in a walkable distance so you need bus/taxi Overall, very nice!!

Fantastic location and great host. Comms were clear from the beginning. Place itself is a tad dated but has pretty much everything you need. Building itself has awesome amenities with a well equipped gym and a big pool. Overall it was absolutely worth it
