There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

I had a brilliant time at Jintana's place! The condo was spotless and absolutely perfect for what I needed. Checking in and out was really easy and Jintana's communication was fantastic. She replied to messages instantly and helped me to locate a letter that was sent to the Condo complex that was vital for my work. The pool area was beautiful and was one of the highlights of my stay. Finally, Don Mueang is a really cool area! There are some beautiful restaurants close by and a buzzing night market and that I ate at most evenings.

overall: 4.9 stars + quick and easy communication w/hosts + clean apartment, comfortable bed, quiet building, full size refrigerator + all essentials provided + excellent gym/pool. + excellent location overall + dining (michelin*&budget) + nearby supermarket + 3 major malls short walk away/shuttle bus. - electricity is charged extra - mosquitoes is an issue if windows are opened (bring repellent) -AC felt underpowered at night/when needed

An exceptional host — truly one of a kind. I stayed at Oom’s place for several weeks, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Always responsive (answers within 10 minutes), attentive, kind, and incredibly professional. She doesn’t just host — she genuinely supports you. Need advice? She’s there. Administrative help like the TM30? She handles it. A small issue or simple question? She replies quickly, with kindness and clarity. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, well-located, and comfortable. But what truly made the difference was Oom’s amazing energy and care. A real gem. I highly recommend her without hesitation, and I’d gladly come back. Thanks again for everything, Oom!
