Townhome vacation rentals in Khemisset Province

Mina’s place is full of charm and in a great location in the Medina. Communication with her and her son Mehdi was excellent. I spent 2 months here studying and the place is spacious, light and had all I needed - washing machine, etc. Shops are all within a few metres and wonderful produce markets nearby. People in the local community were always friendly and helpful. I would point out some things travellers need to be aware of: the property is semi-open to the elements in the living area. That means it can be cold - there is a curtain that covers the open stairs to the roof, but I would not want to be there in winter. You will also have feline visitors via these stairs - this was a bonus for me but may not be for everyone. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the downstairs neighbours are audible at all times because of the way the place is built. They are not “combative” as another reviewer suggested. They talk loudly as they have Fatima’s 100 year old mum living with them and she is deaf, and the noise is amplified as it funnels up into the house from their kitchen below. That’s just the way it is. I liked the local noise in general but this is not a place to be peaceful. It is quirky and fun, a little makeshift particularly in the kitchen, but I was very happy here and far preferred it to more ordinary modern places in the newer parts of town. Thank you Mina.

Ishmael fue muy simpático y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Nos costó un poco encontrar el sitio porque las calles son muy estrechas y no están muy señalizadas, además de que no hay nada en la entrada de la casa que marque que ese es el lugar indicado. El lugar está junto a una mezquita que nos despertó de madrugada por la llamada a la oración. La casa estaba muy limpia y coincidía a la perfección con las fotos y la descripción provistas. La ubicación es muy céntrica, en el corazón de la medina de Rabat y cerca de prácticamente todas las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Muy buena experiencia.

Hayet was very kind, and accomodating of our language barrier. The place was as advertised, great place to stay for a night or two.

Logement cosy, très accueillant, avec une terrasse couverte, une terrasse côté jardin et un jardin privatif, très agréables pour les repas. Toutes commodités à moins de 5 mn à pied (boulangerie, supermarché, retrait d'argent, restaurants). Sane a été aux petits soins et très compréhensive. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Le riad de Jean Philippe est vraiment très bien situé dans la medina de Rabat. Le riad est très bien équipé mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Cela n'enlève rien au charme de l'endroit En hiver les nuits sont fraiches a Rabat, prévoir une petite laine ! Badia qui nous accueille et prépare les petits déjeuners sur demande est formidable et a un sens de l'accueil incroyable ! Jean Philippe est très réactif et sympathique !
