Townhome vacation rentals in Khemisset Province

Mina’s place is full of charm and in a great location in the Medina. Communication with her and her son Mehdi was excellent. I spent 2 months here studying and the place is spacious, light and had all I needed - washing machine, etc. Shops are all within a few metres and wonderful produce markets nearby. People in the local community were always friendly and helpful. I would point out some things travellers need to be aware of: the property is semi-open to the elements in the living area. That means it can be cold - there is a curtain that covers the open stairs to the roof, but I would not want to be there in winter. You will also have feline visitors via these stairs - this was a bonus for me but may not be for everyone. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the downstairs neighbours are audible at all times because of the way the place is built. They are not “combative” as another reviewer suggested. They talk loudly as they have Fatima’s 100 year old mum living with them and she is deaf, and the noise is amplified as it funnels up into the house from their kitchen below. That’s just the way it is. I liked the local noise in general but this is not a place to be peaceful. It is quirky and fun, a little makeshift particularly in the kitchen, but I was very happy here and far preferred it to more ordinary modern places in the newer parts of town. Thank you Mina.

Houssine is a lovely host, he came to pick me up from the taxi, the apartment is spacious, very clean, placed in the old medina, the accommodation is just above his and we benefit from the terrace, very nice for breakfast, excellent value for money, thank you for everything Houssine and maybe see you next time. Salim and his family are very polite, friendly and hospitable people!! Salim went to pick me up at the airport on my arrival, I invite you, and her family prepared dinner for me one day. The house is inside the medina, and is a house typical of its culture. The room is comfortable!!

Hayet was very kind, and accomodating of our language barrier. The place was as advertised, great place to stay for a night or two.

Cozy accommodation, very welcoming, with a covered terrace, a terrace on the garden side and a private garden, very pleasant for dining. All amenities within a 5-minute walk (bakery, supermarket, money withdrawal, restaurants). Sane was very caring and understanding. A big thank you, we will come back without hesitation.

Jean Philippe's riad is really well located in the medina of Rabat. The riad is very well equipped but deserves a little refreshment. It doesn't take away from the charm of the place In winter, the nights are cool in Rabat, provide a little wool! Badia who welcomes us and prepares breakfasts on request is great and has an incredible sense of hospitality! Jean Philippe is very responsive and friendly!
