Riad Bab Ouchka is a lovely oasis in the middle of the frantic streets of Marrakech. It was spotlessly clean and all of the bedrooms are spacious. The roof terrace is a great spot to relax. Its just a few minutes walk from the shopping streets and about 10 mins to the main square. There are several lovely restaurants with peaceful terraces within a few steps. Mohammed arranged a taxi from the airport and was there to meet the taxi a few streets away from the riad which is as close as a car can get. I'd highly recommend this as its quite hard to find the first time. Mohammed was happy to sit with us and go over a map of the city pointing out things to do and he recommended a really good restaurant very close by. We had breakfast cooked for us in the riad on a couple of days, very tasty - definitely give this a go.

On site we were greeted by Samad, who was during our stay, a very responsive, attentive and attentive host. It made us feel at home! Tourya's cuisine, our chef, was absolutely delicious, we loved the breakfasts and dinners she prepared for us! Not to mention her mint tea that was unanimous! The riad is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you need. The location in the medina is ideal for exploring the city. The Raid is very nice. Good air-conditioning and host is very helpful. Nice breakfast. Location is accessible. While there is leakage of water due to very heavy rain, everything is just good.

We enjoyed our stay at this traditional Riad in the midst of the medina. Very central location ... we walked to everywhere we wanted to go. Sanna came and cooked a nice breakfast each morning which was a treat and well worth the extra cost.

Listing is as described. Spacious and well-equipped, clean. It is located in the heart of the medina, so access on foot is not easy with luggage, but once the car is parked in the parking lot (paid and secure), everything is within walking distance in direct immersion with the locals. Very quiet during the day but noisier at night as it is close to a bar with music. Latifa was very welcoming, available and very responsive when we needed her services. We're so excited about our stay at Pascal's.

We decided to go on a family trip, and were looking for a private Riad for 9 persons. We found this Riad from Alain, and were amazed! We had a great time, the space is cozy and has real character. We felt home and welcome in this Riad in Marrakesh and can't wait to come back again! The location was central and close to all different sorts of restaurants, shops and facilities like taxi stands. It's also close to Bacha Coffee! We also are very happy with Alain, who gave us all the information we needed before our journey began. Rachida, the lovely lady who was at the Riad who picked us up from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad, and made us breakfast every day. She was very kind and we miss her already! We made some really good memories with our family.

let's keep it very simple, I am moroccan and if i would like to come again to marrakech i would stay at pierre's Riad. the location is amazing , pierre's advice is helpful and zineb who prepares great breakfasts every morning is also great. Pierre also helped me book a trip to the desert with the best price/quality ratio. I recommend 100 %

From the moment we arrived Oreste had been an amazing host, he gave a full tour of the place and explained how everything worked. Throughout our stay he was checking in everyday by messaging and also recommended all the good local spots for us to visit. The villa itself was perfect for our family of ten. It was clean and everything we needed was available. Kids absolutely loved the pool and us grown ups enjoyed spending our evenings on the terrace with the cool Moroccan breeze. Even on the last day Oreste was very accommodating and he was kind enough to let us check out late upon our request. I would highly recommend this place with people with families and children. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet we had a very pleasant stay! Thank you once again for making our holiday amazing and being an amazing host ☺️

An exceptional family stay for a very special birthday! The place is superb, true to the photos, and above all the host is at the top: responsive, attentive and with good advice. There were 7 of us, everyone felt comfortable, and we leave with wonderful memories. A place we recommend for a successful stay in Marrakech!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amandine's beautiful home. Dar Bahia is tastefully decorated, with plenty of space to seek solitude or hang out together as a family or group. The bedrooms feel like cosy nests and the bathrooms feel luxurious. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the study was appreciated by one of our children with exams coming up soon. I need to give special mention to Chama, who gave us a lovely welcome and popped in midweek to give the house a clean. Amandine gave brilliant recommendations and instructions and was really responsive. The location, in the medina, is perfect, with a bakery at the top of the lane for early morning breakfast treats, a few more minutes walk and you're in the heart of the action with shopping, cafes and restaurants galore. For light sleepers, I would recommend earplugs as the home is close to a mosque and the call to prayer does travel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had!

Traditional Dar, nicely appointed and decorated, and perfectly maintained. Friendly architecture and very nice roof terrace. The location is perfect, at the entrance of the Medina, both close to everything and quiet. Assiyah is particularly welcoming, knows the city at your fingertips. Great riad in middle of old city. Walkable to most locations and restaurants. Lot of stairs in the house so be prepared for it. Place is beautiful. Not very quiet place in night since you are in middle of all action. Overall a great place.

Terrific location with a wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking most of the Medina and the beach.

The riad of Basma was beyond our expectations, it is beautiful, well decorated, clean, spacious and functional, the location is ideal away from the best tourist which allows a slightly more "local" and quieter approach. Thanks to Basma had the contact of our driver Toufik who organized all our transfers and excursions, the drivers were very warm and pleasant, always on time and ready to do service if needed. We also were also pleasantly welcomed by Rachida at the riad despite our late arrival, she was always available and attentive, and prepared us excellent breakfast and also the best meal of our stay. Thanks to Basma and the people mentioned above for making this family stay unforgettable.

The Riad is super well placed in the medina and remains quiet. Restaurants, tourist places, supermarkets, everything is close and can be done on foot. We were able to leave our luggage before the scheduled time. Alice is very responsive and has answered any questions we may have. Mohamed also welcomed us very warmly. The rooftop pool is great. We had a great time!

We spent 3 nights there with our 3 teenage children. The location is very central and convenient, the terrace is great for breakfast or resting. Breakfast included was a real plus. On the other hand, the 2 bedrooms on the first floor are quite dark. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house and would be happy to return.
