Nhà nằm trong khu đô thị an ninh, yên tĩnh, nhiều tiện ích : cách 200m là phòng tập thể thao và hồ bơi , cách 100m là sân tập pickleball và chợ đêm. Gần biển có bãi tắm đẹp. Từ nhà bạn chỉ mất 3 phút di chuyển xe máy để ra bãi biển tuyệt đẹp. 1 phút công viên ICE Jungle 6 phút đến khu Sunset, 12 phút đi sân bay và rất nhiều tiện ích xung quanh. Toà nhà có 5 tầng, ( chủ nhà ở tầng 2 riêng biệt), bạn sử dụng toàn bộ các tầng còn lại và sử dụng riêng thang máy.
