Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Khem Beach

If you come to sunset town this is a great place to stay. Awesome views and great views of the nightly fireworks, yet peaceful surroundings and walkable to all the main attractions. There’s a couple of convenience shops across the road and a couple of small restaurants, although a little more basic. There are several other options within a 5-10 mins walk. 10 mins by grab and you can be in a more local area near by for some great food without the tourist markup! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

great location for people who want to spend time near hon thom cable car and kiss bridge... good for all cuisines except..for Indian food and vegetarian food which was not at all available near the place....

my stay at LyLy place was amazing! its like i died and went to heaven! this is the most beautiful place i have ever seen. pristine beaches with great restaurants right on yhe beach. everything i needed is right down stairs- in the building. convenience stores restaurants grocery all easy walking distance. couldn't ask for better place and i have been everywhere! host was perfect-response time very quick- communication excellent- can't go wrong with this place!

Amazing stay. I don't have words to describe the beauty of ocean and kiss bridge view from our balcony. feeling so lucky to stay in this room. Airbnb Agent Tasha was very much co-operative. Eirlys(host) welcomed us when we reached the building . Also helped in island hopping booking and transport within the city. Very responsive. Totally worth every penny we paid..even more than what we paid. Highly recommended. will visit again - Raji (from India)

The room is luxurious with great sunset beach views. The breakfast was delicious. There is really nothing to complain about this place

Nice view of the fireworks every night. Not too far walking to cable car and restaurants. Apartment was clean and has a big TV and good internet. The ladies that checked us in were super friendly.

overall a good experience: I'm a light sleeper and I wasn't disturbed in any way throughout the stay. small (as on photos), but very convenient condo. host is also very responsive and gives clear instructions

Very nice place to stay with nice views and accessible to a lot of places.

First of all, I was able to see the fireworks from the balcony in the first row of the corner of the room, so it was private! It was a trip with the kids, so it was hard to go out and see:) I was a little surprised when I arrived that there was no living room, but Netflix and YouTube were also available on TV, so the kids loved it. Everything was good, but the water pressure was so low that it was uncomfortable to shower!

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

This was an amazing place to stay. If I go back to Phu Quoc, you'll only be sure to this apartment. The view from the balcony every evening for a light show and a fireworks were vivid.

The villa we originally booked was not available so they put us up at another villa in Premier. It was beautiful and we had an amazing time.

Beautiful villa, clean inside.2 main rooms, spacious with bathtubs.The other 2 are spacious, and we are comfortable.We will check the air conditioning and hot water at check-in, and the host will handle any problems quickly☺️ Although the weather was not good this time, and we did not go out to sea, we had more time to stay in the villa to enjoy, and we were very satisfied with this stay

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

I was really satisfied to find such a good accommodation at a low price. The tours I had prepared in Korea during the Phuket schedule were suddenly canceled, but it was a great help that Host Pho actively looked into various things. Thanks to this, my trip with my family was more meaningful and enjoyable. The accommodation was really clean, and it was very convenient to have two large rooms, each with a bathroom and air conditioning. Above all, the space is well-organized independently, so it is especially recommended for those who want a quiet and relaxing trip. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the night market, and Grab taxis are also very easy to catch. I would like to thank Pho, the friendly host, once again. I confidently recommend this review to Korean people who are reading it. Don't hesitate and make a reservation! It was a really nice place to stay. 😊

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Good choose for every family.

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.
