Vacation rentals with beach access in Khem Beach

Fast respond from the host, and welcoming from the registration procedure up to the day we checked out. Easy and smooth. The unit is very clean.

newly built place, though needs finer touch up from the builder such as painting and grouting from the tiles. beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. host is very responsive and helpful. For such a nice area, the place needs sound proofing. We can hear every car passed by from the roads. We would have loved to hear the ocean waves instead of outside traffic.

Location is quite far but near few attraction

房间很干净，我甚至以为是刚装修的，日用品也齐全。离海边很近，500米不到就是海边，每天去游泳回来真的是很方便，离机场大约15分钟左右的车程。下次有机会再回来，还会继续住这里。

Hello everyone! If you’re looking for a fabulous place to stay for cheap with a view like no other this is the place to go. If you’re looking for wonderful service easily check in then you’re in for one hell if a ride. I waited an hour in a half after finally getting in with nobody helping nor speaking English. There was nobody at the front desk for check in so be aware that you have to check in yourself. He should change that in his description.. just know when you get the pictures to use the key fob and not the key card to check into the 1st door. And use the key card to use for the elevators and entrances. Other than that enjoy this place! It’s clean and all you may ever ask for in a vacation! (: thank you all! For reading and enjoy it!

Huy is incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, especially Grand World and restaurants. The location is perfect, with easy access to VIN Safari! I highly recommend JB Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, very pleasant, well equipped, very quiet, very good extra king bed. I encountered a technical problem at the beginning of my stay, but the owner reacted very quickly with great seriousness and generosity. I really appreciated his professionalism, his honesty and his desire to do well. An intelligent, attentive host, and a stay that I recommend.

The room is veryclean and convenient. The view is extremely beautiful, you can watch the show from above and have an interesting experience. Host is amazingly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!! Will be back again.

很好的一次住宿体验！ ❤️房子跟照片一摸一样，性价比高！ ❤️房子干净，泳池很美妙的享用了几天，所需的设备应有尽有！ ❤️房子地段很优秀！出门就有便利店跟夜市（ps：经过测评确认，隔壁的夜市物价会虚高，购物及夜宵建议往市区走走） ❤️交流很顺畅，热心！从抵达前房东就会咨询及沟通安排接送机，这次接送机的司机是Thinh，很专业跟及时！ 总的来说，这个房子为我们这趟旅行画下了很浓墨重彩的一笔！是一次很难忘的经历，推荐大家来👍

A very recommended villa to everyone. The host is friendly and the whole place is exactly the same as the picture. This is a good and quiet place for vacation.

Jeżeli szukasz miejsca na odpoczynek w odosobnionym miejscu od turystów to ten dom Ci to zapewni! My czegoś takiego szukaliśmy! Blisko do lokalnego targu oraz możliwości poznania prawdziwego Wietnamu! Dom jest przestronny, a roślinność znajdująca się wokół jest naprawdę bardzo zadbana i piękna! Można się połączyć z naturą! Dodatkowo miejsce obok basenu jest na tyle duże, że spędzaliśmy tam każdy wieczór razem z przyjaciółmi z którymi wynajęliśmy ten dom! Teren domku jest ogrodzony, a Pani która zajmuje się obiektem jest bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna! Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce jeżeli szukasz prywatnego domu z basenem tylko dla siebie w odosobnionym lokalnym miejscu!!

我們一行10人，住宿了四個晚上，非常好的住宿體驗，其中一天我們在別墅內，請管家幫我們安排了額外的廚師煮食晚餐，廚師煮食非常之好吃，是我在富國島吃過最好的一餐，如果在這裏住宿，必須要體驗這個服務，直接聯絡房東就可以。 這是我住過最好的民宿，房東在很夜也回覆我們，感受到被重視的感覺，而且很適合朋友聚會，玩到很夜，也沒有問題，周圍沒有民居，也不怕嘈吵。 謝謝房東的招待，下次再到富國島必定會再次選擇。

Peaceful and great place

I don’t even know where to start, it was my first time in Vietnam and it was AMAZING!! All thanks to Thi Mo! She was proactive and extremely accommodating!! Made us feel just at home! The place is amazing we had a whole house to ourselves, garage, kitchen, washer, WiFi, living room and an elevator! It has a bunch of places to eat all walking distance, beach access and a pool! There’s also a night market around the corner. We will definitely go back to Phu Quoc and we will stay here again, 100% worth it!!

I had a great stay at this lovely house in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was very helpful and friendly, making check-in and communication super easy. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only small thing we missed was a drying rack for wet swimsuits, but other than that, everything was great.

I had a fantastic and smooth stay at Mrs. Aroma’s place! She is an exceptionally kind and attentive host, always ready to help and quick to respond. The apartment was immaculate, well cared for, and matched the photos perfectly. What I appreciated most was the excellent location — just a short walk to the restaurants, the beach, and the night market. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I would highly recommend her place to friends and would love to return in the future!

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

일단 방구석1열로 불꽃놀이를 발코니에서 볼수 있어서 프라이빗했어요! 아이들을 데리고 간 여행이라 나가서 보기는 힘들었거든요:) 거실이 없다는 점을 도착해서 알아서 좀 놀라긴했지만, 넷플, 유튜브도 티비로 가능해서 아이들이 좋아했어요 모든게 좋았지만 수압이 많이 낮아 샤워하는데 불편했어요!

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey
