Our neighborhood also offers plenty to do - scenic fishing ponds, a playground, and a community pool (open seasonally).

We are located next door to a beautiful event venue called Sparrow Beginnings. While we have weddings most weekends, noise inside the house is very minimal

This lakefront home is near Cross Timbers Marina where boats and slips are often available for rental. Ideal for family gatherings. Note: No easy access to the lake. A steep unmaintained trail leads to the shoreline which is also not maintained. Hot tub is seasonal and may not be available during warmer weather. Contact host for off season rates. Minimum 3 nights on holiday weekends
