It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub.
