We rent out our Motiva summer house "Gismo" to families who would like to stay overnight in Kerteminde marina close to beach, water, harbour and city. Lovely bright apartment with underfloor heating, open kitchen with living room and sea views. Lovely bathroom with shower, room with bunk beds and elevation (walk-through bathroom), bedroom with access to covered terrace. In the living room an extra double bed can be established. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

(Intet skjult rengøringsgebyr!) Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

It is 5 min by car (10 by bike) to the cosy village of Årslev-Sdr.Nå with baker, supermarket (s) and some absolutely fantastic bathing lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put 'n take lakes.

Stay Close to the beach , the Johannes Larsen museum and the city. The apartment is separate in extension of the main house . Kitchen with dining area and own (retro) bathroom. There are views of the garden, and in the background the old mill from Johannes Larsen can be enjoyed. There are chickens in the garden. It's ideal for socializing and museum visits. Less than 1.2 miles to Great Northen and SPA. 5 min to one of Funen's best mini golf.
