Daniel’s place is a true Paradise. The cabin is comfortable and roomy enough for up-to 3-4 people and has thoughtful features like some snacks, a coffee machine and TV with streaming services. The bed was very comfortable and the area is so quiet and peaceful it was a true break from everything. The waterfront property is just across the road with access to lake, kayaks, hammocks, a fire pit and plenty of grills to bbq. You can sense the thoughtfulness Daniel has put into every little thing - the green areas, the fire pit and the covered pavilion. He is also the most gracious and responsive host ever. Will answer all your questions almost immediately. It’s well worth a visit and we will definitely return.

I think it was a steal. I wish we could have stayed more than the one night. I love the countryside (farm boy as I grew up) and this spot was great. You aren't too far from the main house but the privacy fence built between buildings ensures privacy. They have a really nice sound system which was playing good ole' country music when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub and the "cool pool" as well. The place was exactly as described and had everything listed. We were able to machine wash and dry our suits from hot tub use. They have very friendly dogs that will come visit you as communicated. They're kept inside while you unload and look like tough guys but they are sweethearts who nosed around just a bit to see who we were and never came back around. I would have loved to use the fire pit but we were there during a drought/burn ban. The outside area really is awesome. A veritable monsoon came through the night we were there - I can testify the place doesn't leak!

The people in the town much like the hosts were all incredibly friendly. We were made comfortable and felt very welcomed. The surroundings are as beautiful as you would imagine. Hearing the water run while falling asleep and waking up to it are always welcome. It is clear that the hosts cares about the guests experience.

We had a great stay here! It’s beautiful and the space is lovely. It had everything we needed for cooking and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

This was a really nice place to stay for those who love nature and “Glamping” The cabin was really nice. The compost toilet was actually nice and did not smell after usage .The host were really friendly and provided us with the few items we needed *kichten knives, cutting boards, plastic cutlery, and butter. Would love to go back and stay here again .

Bringing my kids to a town very close to my heart was made even better by this beautiful home. The pool, 3 bathrooms and amazing surroundings made this the perfect place to spend a summer vacation with our family.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

You can tell that Stephen & Cathy put a lot of hard work & love into this place. They have thought of everything! As fellow bird lovers, we were thrilled by the hummingbirds and used our Merlin app to identify a couple of species we hadn't heard before. We also saw deer twice while staying here, including in the backyard! Peaceful, lovely stay! Thank you!
