Cottage vacation rentals in Kerr County

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t enjoy the amenities as much since we were none stop busy with our families but the atmosphere was peaceful and the cottage was cute and cozy. Next time we are in town again we will definitely be booking again.

Great quiet getaway! Less than 15 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. The evenings were quiet and enjoyed the hot tub. In the mornings, deer feed is dropped in the driveway street so able to enjoy the morning visitors while drinking coffee on the covered patio in rocking chairs. Definitely recommend booking this gem!

A great experience overall. Beautiful location- far enough away from town to feel peaceful, but close enough to enjoy restaurants, the river, etc.

My husband and I spent a magical weekend at this cottage. We were celebrating our 2nd year anniversary,and it was the perfect getaway. We already plan to come back, and are thankful for the incredible memories.

My family and I stayed at Pablo's place for the Memorial Day weekend and we felt right at home. He left a sweet welcoming note and nice gift on the kitchen table for us. His place was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was located in a very beautiful and peaceful area. We enjoyed the river nearby and the town of Bandera just a couple of minutes from there. I definitely would recommend staying here if ever visiting the Hill Country.

Chad and Kitty were amazing hosts. We just moved to the area and stayed the summer in this house. They helped us find everything we needed in the area and more. The surroundings are beautiful and the home is so welcoming. She’s thought of everything. It’s a little slice of paradise here.

Jeanette was a great-host. She was very responsive and even provided the current river water levels. The house is amazing and spotless! We enjoyed our stay, the private river access was amazing to be able to get down there with the family and not be bothered by anybody was so peaceful! Can’t wait to be back again! Jeanette even had a great list of recommendations for things to do while in town, that was very sweet of her.

We had a wonderful stay at Niki’s. The home was spacious, pristine & very well equipped. Location was very convenient. The visit exceeded our expectations & Niki was very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend!

This was a great cabin! We really enjoyed staying outside of the city limits with all of the free range animals. Something to note, this cabin does not have a dishwasher. It wasn’t a big deal to us because they had a drying rack so I just washed by hand, and we didn’t eat too much in the cabin. Really appreciated the soaps in the bathroom! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to explore the Hill Country. Only one restaurant open in town and not for dinner. The pizza restaurant was on vacation and the barbeque place was closed. Bandera is 12 miles away with a grocery store and other restaurants. Kerrville is 22 miles away. Both are worth seeing. The only thing that was not great at the house was the yard needed mowing badly. I received no reply about that question from the host. We loved the place and hope to stay there again.

Our second time staying at Susie's House. Location is next to the trail system for our bike riding and great restaurants. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are fully stocked with supplies for whatever you may need for your stay.

Perfect for a quiet getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for relaxing and a shining addition to the stay. Joel and Emily were super responsive and accommodating. We may be back with friends to reserve each cabin.

Our sons went to camp for the week in east Texas and my husband and I headed west without much of a plan. The plan was to get away for the week. Our first stop was Cari's Cosy Cottage, which was the PERFECT retreat for us. The spring fed creek up against the chalk bluff was beautiful. The trees, lush grass, and cool morning breeze was perfect. Watching the sunrise in the morning over the bluff with the large cross on the water's edge was picturesque. It truly is a place for a quite couple's retreat.

Outstanding location, Excellent accommodations will definitely stay again when in Kerrville.
