In our 300-year-old house, we have converted an old shop space into a wonderful apartment for our guests. Featuring one bathroom, one bedroom, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette where you can prepare a delicious breakfast or lunch; or enjoy a glass of wine, relax with a book, or work in the living room. We do not serve breakfast, but in the center of Zierikzee, you will find various bakeries, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. Or breakfast spots and eateries, of course.

Our vacation home is on the outskirts of a meadow, within walking distance of the historic center. You park on the private driveway right in front of the house. The living room is attractively decorated and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven and dishwasher. The house features infrared sauna and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. This makes it the perfect place to stay together with friends or family, while everyone can enjoy their own privacy.

Additional fees are: Linen package, €20 p/p A dog is a one-time €15,- The linen package consists of towels, kitchen towel, tea towel, dishcloth and bed linens.

Bed & Boat

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

B&B, beautifully rural location, behind old driveway

Come and visit our B&B and let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. The B&B is located on the former estate where the castle Huize Potter stood around 1500. In 1840, it was converted into a beautiful white farmhouse. The arrival is fairytale-like, as you drive down the long driveway. The accommodation is located at the back of the farm. You have your own entrance. The garden around the cottage is part of it, and here you can enjoy the sun.

Bell Tent

Do you remember those round tents from children's books about adventurers and explorers in the wilderness? Our classic Bell Tent brings these childhood stories to life, but with more style and comfort. With a real bed, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. The tent is cozily furnished and equipped with a made-up double bed. Enjoy nature outdoors in a deck chair. Tip: Book our Bell tent at a Glamping lodge as an extra "double bedroom".

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
