What an amazing place! The house speaks to you through its age and solidity. The oak floorboards under your feet, the feel of the banisters, the granite windowsills to sit and read, the gorgeous fireplaces. It’s steeped in history and you can feel the generations that have loved the house before you. It’s a unique and quirky place to stay and we absolutely loved it.

Nice and clean holiday home. With hiking trail around the corner. Nice for a walk with the dog. For longer and more beautiful walks, you have to drive a short drive first. But wonderful base . And good communication with Anne.
