Marie's place was perfect for myself, my mom and my son for our overnight stay. The best part was how quiet it was! I typically have trouble sleeping away from home and I found I slept great! The apartment was cozy and comfortable! definitely an excellent value!

This is our second time staying at Kristy's place. Just like last time, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable! Every time I've communicated with Kristy she's been quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Broadkill Beach House- Sandbox Unit 1

The place was as described and served our purposes. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had. I was so happy to be able to bring our dog and have an easily accessible yard to take her out and spigot to clean her with after the beach. Having to bring all of our own linens, beach chairs, toiletries etc was a little tough for just the weekend. It felt the price of the stay was a bit high given that our stay was after labor day, on the bay, and required us to bring so many things. That may just be what the pricing is in the area, this was our first time staying, so I don't have a great frame of reference. Overall a very nice experience.

This house was great! It is exactly as it is in the pictures and description. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We stayed there for a Field Hockey tournament at DE Turf Sports Complex and it was a perfect location. Would definitely go back.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! Thanks for sharing your home Deborah!!!

This was our second year staying at Linda's place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The home is just as beautiful and welcoming as we remembered: bright, open, and full of windows that offer stunning views of the ocean. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. And Linda is a fantastic host! Super responsive, kind, and genuinely eager to make sure we had the best stay possible. We’re so grateful to have found this gem and already can’t wait to come back!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

We like the cabin because it's not too far from the DE Turf facility. It's also very clean and quiet. Remember it's on a farm, so be prepared to hear (and smell) the animals nearby! It was fun to see the pigs moving about in their area this morning.

From the start of booking to leaving after our stay Lucille and Jessica were responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend. The house was spotless and the place was peaceful. The Blue Horizon is a great place to stay especially if you are in the area for a sporting tournament. The field is close to this home (about 10 minutes) so it was good for the back and forth breaks throughout the day. Definitely a perfect size for a family of 3. The backyard was very peaceful and private. Joe’s enclosed patio was great for playing games. Joe was also flexible on our check out time because there was no one checking in that day. We were very appreciative of that!
