We had a great time at the place. Great starting point to go skiing to Baker, and the community has two indoor pools and hot tubs that we definitely enjoyed after a day in the mountains!

Great location. Helpful staff. Don't forget to check out the club house and walk alongside the nooksack river.

Such a lovely Airbnb! The games provided were a really nice touch-- we had a blast playing Twister for the first time in many years.

Very quiet location. Nice setting and club house was nice. A little dated but clean. Hot tub was heavily chlorinated, so if you’re allergic, don’t go in. However, it was very nice to jump in after skiing! The home was great, very comfortable but narrow in places. Had everything you need to cook but I would advise bringing more olive oil if you’re going to be there more than one meal to cook because it’s more of a shit glass size. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE and a king size. Loved that and appreciated that. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed and so close to the mountain to ski and snowboard. Loved it! Walked around the grounds to the river (Nooksack?) also beautiful. Overall I thought it was worth the price and worth the drive to and from Mt Baker and I appreciated the updates on the condo.

We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed. While I’m the listing they share there are no spices or oil, upon arrival there is a small gift basket with a mini olive oil, salt and pepper and detergent. That was a really nice and helpful touch. We enjoyed hanging in the living room, walking the trails, swimming in the pool and choosing a random DVD to close out the night. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean. We will def stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

My son and I had a fabulous time swimming in the pool as the weather was a bit gloomy. We were there for the 4th of July, and because there was a burn ban, we didn't hear one single boom from people celebrating. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. While the complex seems to have quite a few units, we had plenty of space and privacy; it was as though we had the whole clubhouse to ourselves! The staff is friendly and accommodating.

This was a great condo, perfect for our ski getaway. It is very close to Mt. Baker ski area, so couldn't be more convenient. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for watching movies together. And when we had a question, the Mt. Baker lodging staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Note that the wifi access info in the guest information book in the condo was out of date. There was accurate info in the welcome packet that we picked up with the keys, a little hard to spot on one of the pages with a map, which we didn't notice until after reaching out. Overall this was a wonderful place. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay, love Snowater, responsive host, nice unit, but don't count on Wi-Fi. Although Wi-Fi was highlighted in the title of the listing and several places in the listing, and we were able to connect to the Wi-Fi unit, it was not connected to the internet and we didn't have any internet access in the unit during our 3-day stay. The listing details warned Wi-Fi could be flaky, but it didn't seem to be working at all. Mount Baker lodging was very responsive and came to take a look but couldn't fix it. Great amenities otherwise, washer and dryer convenient, nice to have 2 bathrooms, enjoyed games and fireplace, the pool is warm, and the unit is the closest one to the pool which was great for us. Master bedroom is in a loft with a screen for darkening, but no wall to living room, this was fine for us as we were all going to bed at the same time. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Remember to bring olive oil, laundry detergent, coffee. Thanks for a nice family vacation.

Nick's penthouse apartment was perfect for a cozy stay in the mountains. The apartment had a lovely cozy cabin feel, very comfortable living area to chill out in in the evenings and the hot tub and sauna were a fantastic addition. I would highly recommend. Just to not if you are going to go during the off season the shop nearby has very little stock so make sure you bring all the food and drink you need.

Great little place in a nice community setting as close to Mt Baker trails as you can get. Everything as described, nice and clean with all amenities. I stayed with my dog and there was even a nice dog ned provided.

Excellent accomodation & facilities, very close to Glacier. The only issue was that the WiFi is very unreliable in an area that doesn't have cell phone coverage. Likely not an easy problem for them to solve, so you just need to come prepared!

Very beautiful area. Condo has everything you'd expect. Great access to Mount Baker Ski Area, Nooksak river, walking and hiking trails. Rec building with pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, pool table and indoor basketball court is great for tweens + teens after a day at the slopes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The home was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel just like home. Everything was exactly as described—comfortable beds, spotless rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The attention to detail really made a difference, and we appreciated how welcoming and well-maintained everything was. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Excellent place to stay! We loved the coziness of Tamara’s unit. She is easy to communicate with and very nice. I would highly recommend this play and would love to go back! The view of the Sasquatch Mountain from her unit was the best! It was spring time and there’s still some snow! Our kids enjoyed it very much.

Great location, 30 minute from baker. The hot tub capacity is smaller than we anticipated but the room itself was great. Bring earbuds given the bedroom with the queen bed is a loft that can hear everything downstairs. don’t count on the WiFi and download pre loaded movies / shows + bring HDMI cable. Sofa sleeper was on the firmer end per our friends. Overall would stay here again.

Perfect location for our family weekend getaway to go tubing with our child. We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there, we had no need to contact Katie after receiving our check in instructions which were clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay again at Katies location on any future trips to Sasqatch mountain.

We had a great stay. Chris and Linda were very responsive. The condo was just what we needed, a great home base after a day of skiing. The fireplace was helpful for drying out our wet gear. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna in the building.

Nice unit in a gated resort community. About as close to Mt. Baker ski area as you can get, also very close to the restaurants and ski shops in Glacier. I would stay here again.

I have stayed in Snowater before and this was a similar unit to many others. It was well decorated, kitchen was well stocked and the home was very comfortable. It felt well furnished, and cozy without being cluttered and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in.

I absolutely loved this spot! It was the perfect getaway for a little “staycation” I enjoyed every bit of this trip! Special thanks to the hosts!

such a cute suite, home away from home! Great amenities and loved that the kitchen was fully stocked so I could cook full meals for my family during my stay. Adam was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, and even when we forgot the key in our suite offered to help us get in without making us feel stupid or like it would be of much trouble. 100% will stay again! :)
