The home has 3 beds-1 bath, living room , sofa bed and bunk beds, kitchen, that has a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and table. Washer & dryer and 2 freezers. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home 20 minutes to Kasilof & Kenai rivers and a little over an hour to get to Homer and Seward. The Bungalow is within walking distance to all Girdwood has to offer. We are located 4 blocks from the Alyeska Day lodge, 2blks from the Girdwood Brewery, and an easy walk to the Merc and several good restaurants. The Alyeska Resort and it's new Nordic Spa are located 1.3 miles away on a bike path. The Bungalow is a studio home located in a quiet area. It has a well stocked kitchen, a queen bed, a convertible chair, suitable for a child, bathroom with tub and shower. No pets.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Updated ranch style home with attached garage that looks out across Daniel's Lake to the south. Our goal is to make this an ultimate Alaska getaway! Year-round there is a hot tub on the deck. We offer kayaks and paddleboards for rent as well. There's beds enough to bring a family or two, but it's also cozy enough for a couple looking for a romantic time. Note: Couch was updated to the grey sectional. Dogs are only allowed in garage.
