Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. This modernly furnished and large apartment with approx. 80m² of space meets every requirement and is ideal for families. The apartment captivates with the open living / dining area with access to the two sunny balconies with fantastic views of the mountain range, up to the Zugspitze! There are also two bedrooms with a double bed or bunk bed and sofa bed. The daylight bathroom with bath and shower leaves nothing to be desired. A garage parking space is at your disposal as well.

The holiday apartment is in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct freeway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking is right at your doorstep. The holiday apartment is 15 square meters. Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round. Snowshoes are available on request for a fee for rent.

Cozy apartment in the old town of Kemptens

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

Welcome to our small but nice holiday apartment. It is part of our detached house with separate entrance and private parking. The apartment is optimally designed for 2 people. Bakery and CAP market right around the corner. The Allgäu mountains and lake landscape are within 20 minutes by car and can also be easily reached by bike. The beautiful city center of Kemptens is only 5 km away. We look forward to seeing you.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located at the northern city centre. The Basilica of St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk away. There is also twice a week Mi. and Sa. the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available.
