Vacation rentals with a patio in Kempten

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modern furnishings and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were personally greeted, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is totally centrally located, you can walk to everything: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We could even have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

Quite spontaneously, I was able to spend 4 nights in Sonja's apartment. It's perfect for 1-2 people. Super thoughtful and furnished small apartment with everything you need for a few days. Also extremely clean! I definitely recommend it. Sulzberg is great as a starting point for various excursions. Sonja is very sweet and even offered that I could check out in the afternoon. Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable in the new, completely and tastefully furnished apartment and can only agree with the positive reviews. The location is very good as a starting point for all activities, supermarket, bakery and train station are within a few minutes' walk. Very friendly hosts, uncomplicated and fast communication.

Very modern flat ,in a low rise, modern block. Clean and tastefully decorated. Everything in the flat worked well. Excellent location, short stroll into the old town and for exploring the wider area. Could not have had a better basis for exploring Ludwig's castles and palace and Lake Constance. Would highly recommend and would love to come back. Thank you.

We loved staying in your apartment! The location and setting are just beautiful. The apartment is wonderful, we loved all the glass that opened to the scenic views.

The apartment was enchanting for our family, very clean, cozy and quiet. We felt completely comfortable. In front of the house there was a nice outdoor terrace with garden, which we were allowed to use. Communication with Angie and her family members was super friendly and proactive. 100% recommend!

Great place to stay. Everything was as described, in the photos. We were very impressed, also by the great amenities of the kitchen. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but really great.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

For us as a family the place was perfect! We were able to relax, enjoy nature and just let ourselves go! Simply super all around!!

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

The place was top-notch, just like the hosts. Everything was super clean. Norbert and Klaudia are very nice, attentive and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings as well as the views were spectacular. If you value nature and a quiet neighborhood, you are definitely in the right place! We can recommend it to anyone 😊 PS: small recommendation for a relaxed bike tour; bike shop Isny Neutrauchburg

The small cottage offers everything for a short vacation, super practical, also suitable for cooking meals. Quickly in Ulm, or other destinations in the area. We are very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation, thank you Roland

Wonderful apartment overlooking Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and hiking in the hills

We felt comfortable in Charlotte's apartment. Everything was clean, tidy, pretty and clearly arranged. The apartment is in a mint condition, which of course makes it even more pleasant to be there. The area is super nice for excursions and is totally centrally located to also make a trip to Lake Constance or other cities. It was very quiet around it, which we totally love. The contact with Charlotte was super nice. She helped us with all questions in advance. We will be happy to come back.

Daniela was extremely friendly and answered all questions very helpfully. Almost at the front door there was a direct bus connection from which you can go to Immenstadt, for example. The apartment was equipped as described, very clean and we had a fantastic view outside! Highly recommended!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful apartment, ideal for a short weekend stay, everything wonderful.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶

We had a very nice stay at the apartment in a very good location. It was clean and modernly furnished. Antonia was also always easily accessible.
