Our stay at Tarja and Scott’s house was one of the best adventures of our lives. Even before the trip, they were very kind and helpful. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and had everything we needed. The house was cozy and warm, with plenty of firewood. There is also a beautiful kota near the house where we could cook on the fire and watch the northern lights. We were lucky to see the aurora five nights in a row. Scott also gave us great advice about hiking and kindly let us stay a bit longer on our last day. Before we left, we had a nice talk and learned more about his life. We will always remember this peaceful place by the lake and hope to return one day. :)

Riverside Dream really lived up to it's name, such a beautiful, clean home with stunning views in the perfect location! Joni-Arttu was extremely responsive and friendly, making the booking, check in and stay so smooth. The property is in a prime location, 10- 20 minutes from most attractions and the airport. We were easily able to book local taxis to and from the home. Such a spacious property that was super clean and decorated for Christmas with a lovely Christmas tree and inviting candles/lights. We (a family of 4) enjoyed the grill hut and sauna and were lucky to witness the Northern Lights from the garden! Our boys appreciated the children's games and the sledges. The house was really friendly with a good overall atmosphere. It was perfect for these 4 nights with some friends. The view is beautiful from the house, the sauna is pretty authentic, and we really enjoyed laying in the fresh snow afterwards.

The host Ari is very friendly and helpful. House was clean and everything you could need. The location is perfect. Trip was amazing. The children were thrilled with the garden. The sauna with the music was also wonderful. A magical and great vacation. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Pasi is a very responsive and friendly host. The house is typical and at the same time very pleasant with all the necessary comforts, the bedding is of good quality and there is everything you need in the house and nearby. We recommend and thank Pasi for our stay.

We were a group of teachers staying at a close school. The place was good for us and met our expectations (there were 9 of us), plenty of space and comfort. We also enjoyed walking around and seeing the northern lights :). We also appreciated the food that was available, kitchen equipment, and common space to spend time. Henri was communicative and helpful host.

We really enjoyed stay at Annas place - big family house, warm and very well equiped. In the morning you can eat breakfast and watch birds and squirrels, in evening enjoy wooden heated sauna. Also we had unique experience with Annika - reindeer farm, very special food and very special attitude.

We had a great stay at Minna’s place. It was a home away from home and Minna was a great host. She was extremely helpful and responsive which was great for us. If we return, we’d definitely enjoy a visit back here. Peaceful area and not far away from the city centre and the activity areas.

Lovely little place to stay near Rovaniemi!

Very nice accommodation, clean, spacious and bright. It is close to the city center and amenities. The presence of the road near the accommodation could be a problem at night because of the noise and light, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The apartment is located in a great area, with a supermarket nearby for all your needs - a 30 minutes walk to the city. The view from the balcony overlooks the neighbor's yard, which has trees and feels pleasant. Overall, I felt excellent being in the apartment.

It is a neat, cozy, and lacking accommodation. Especially recommended for travelers who prefer a comfortable bed. Our group was so comfortable without lacking anything. Reasonable price and comfortable and tidy accommodation There is no reason not to choose here. perfect

Antti was booked in a timely manner due to the winter season. The price was reasonable and the apartment was very cozy. The location is great if you like jogging or biking, because there was a good setting next to it, for example, hiking for a observation tower or lean-to.

Beautiful stay at the place in Miia. What a nice apartment, we would have stayed much longer because we felt so good there. Miia was very welcoming and we were free to come whenever we wanted. Great activities are offered all around the accommodation, it was really convenient and ideal for us. Thanks for everything!

It's a lovely, pleasant apartment and a change of scenery is guaranteed. It is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine) very practical. We had a lovely stay there. It is modern with small touches of old. We really enjoyed this place and great value for money for a small budget.

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!

Excellent cozy little apartment in a quiet location near the center of Sodankylä. The kitchen in the apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, and the sauna was one of the best little saunas you've ever met. Communication with Lea and the onsite Mira was great and without delay. It was my first time in Sodankylä, and I loved it. I found a Reindeer Farm of Juhani Maijala nearby, where I filled my styrox bag for the needs of the next few weeks - considerably lower than trade prices. Since it's winter time and I was on my way to Levi's spring, I also searched and found ski terrains in Sodankylä: behind the garrison, a little from the military home (mess) ahead is the starting point for good 5 and 15 km of trails. I'll ask about this place if I come back to Sodankylä.
