My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

Great place, very convenient for the station and centre. Clean, well-equipped and clear instructions.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

We stayed with our Rottweiler for my partners birthday and exceeded our expectations. Spotless lodge, thoughtful layout and safe for dogs, the snacks were also a really nice touch, perfect stay

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place. Lodge was spotless when we arrived and the hottub was all ready for us. During the day there is a few hikers going past the lodge so that is something to take into consideration when booking but we didn't mind this. Only thing we had to point out was there was no milk when we arrived which we assumed would be in the fridge because there was everything else there to make a cup of coffee/tea. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone.
