The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The whole house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. The beautiful and large thatched roof house is located between the lagoon and the open Baltic Sea. Therefore: sea view from all windows! The private water access to the lagoon is only shared with the neighbor. The bright rooms, as well as the garden, are particularly suitable for groups. (Max. 15 - Min. 4) 3 showers, 4 toilets, large kitchen and living room. I live nearby during your stay and can be reached. There are also 4 sheep and 2 pigs on the farm, which are happy to be visited. :-)

Tiny house with wonderful views! The cabin is located on the edge of a huge meadow. Make bread on a stick by the campfire and enjoy the view in the distance. Huge windows remove the boundaries between inside and outside. In the tiny house there is a kitchen with fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a modern dry separation toilet. The Baltic Sea with great beach cafes is only about 20 minutes away. With us you will find absolute peace in a very special place to stay.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

This newly renovated, quiet apartment for two people impresses with its unique location directly on the Schlei - and is still centrally located. From the living room (with panoramic window) the loggia (with awning) leads off, where you can enjoy stunning views over the Schlei and the Schleibrücke. The city center (pedestrian zone) is about a 5-minute walk. We only rent to absolute non-smokers (not even on the loggia!) and without pets!
