Also she she has such a warm persona, we had a hiccup midway to flying into Melbourne and she was so caring all through, checking in on us and showed real genuine care just like family, and was very helpful with local suggestions. An extremely comfortable place to stay - not only were the facilities. excellent and clean but it is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of the markets, the shops and the train station. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
