We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Daniyar was a great person , he waited for us hours just to check-us-in too early .. The house was bigger than the pictures , clean and cozy , beautiful apple trees in the back yard , I strongly recommend it , also thanks to Daniyar’s mama she helped us a little with the cleaning , such a great family 🤍🤍🤍

A great apartment in a newer, modern building. 2 minute drive from the bus station. Not a far walk to subway either. We really enjoyed staying here — clean, well equipped, cozy, and friendly host. Would happily stay again!

We had a good stay, the host was very responsive and proactive. The room was clean, well heated and had all the amenities we needed. In case you are self driving there is also a parking area just outside the building. The place is at a walkable distance from the Ascension cathedral, Green bazaar and Arbat street. Multiple cafés and convenience stores are close by. Highly recommended.

The apartment is just great! Cozy and clean apartment with a good renovation. In reality, it's even better than in the photos. Everything works properly, no problems with water, heating and appliances. The apartment is very nice.

We had great time in Almaty. The place where we stayed was clean and cozy. Especially view was amazing. The permanent snow that is seen by the apartment was incredibly nice. I will never forget it. The host is very kind and nice.

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

We booked this place, but the hostess of the apartment decided to extend it and offered us another place to stay in the same house, but on the other floor. The house is nice, none of the neighbors are renovating, overall it is very quiet. There are different shops, cafes, places to walk around in the area. In general, the neighborhood, although not central, is very convenient: you can get to Mega by scooter in 10 minutes, there is a place to walk, the neighborhood is cozy and calm. The hostess is very responsive, helped with the check-in, explained everything, gave recommendations on where to go. It was very nice to communicate with :)
