The apartment is located in the business and cultural center of the city, "Golden Square". Within walking distance of all the sights of Almaty. The most comfortable restaurants, two parks: "28 Panfilov" and "Gorky Park". The famous bath-spa "Arasan" is 100 meters away. Near the largest supermarket "Jubilee" and the central pharmacy. The house is located almost on the Arbat and next to Panfilov Boulevard. The place is also unique in that among the old city, this house is new, built in 2021!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The location of the apartment would allow you to reach every destination you need easily, whether by bus or by car, even by walk. Only 10 minutes walk to the Botanic garden. Even though the studio isn’t big enough (25sq.m.) the arrangements were adjusted following separate zones of the dining area and sleeping space.
