Ardak is a fantastic host! The apartment was immaculate, well-stocked, and comfortable. The windows were very sound proof and we slept peacefully every night. The location is within walking distance of several coffee shops, cafes, and spas. I am already planning to visit again with my family, because the courtyard has a lovely playground. Thank you for having us as your guests!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay! The host went above and beyond by meeting us at 3 AM for check-in, which we truly appreciated. The home was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed and was very toddler-friendly, making it perfect for our family. The location was excellent — close to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, with a grocery store right downstairs. We also loved the nearby walking areas, perfect for daily strolls. I would surely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A gem of a find! The apartment has everything you need to get started (supermarket, cafe and good restaurants within walking distance) and is a cool 30 minutes away from the airport. Access is convenient and easy to get around even with several heavy luggages.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulnar’s place. It was just like the pictures – clean, cozy, and in a great location. Gulnar was super helpful and always there if we needed anything. She made everything really easy and comfortable for us.

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

Marzans place is so cozy, amenities are there whatever mentioned on post. She is also responsive and the place itself ia near to the tourist spots from the centre. However we wouldnt able to leave it cleaned since our time is very less before we can checkout. 😁 Overall very good host.

Assel’s place was really nice and close to everything. Great location and very clean too. I think I missed the fine print of no lift.. which didn’t bother me but only taking the luggage up and down was the hassle since it was the 4th floor. She’s very responsive, so loved the stay.

Excellent place. Good location, walking distance from Green Bazaar and the Cathedral Ascension. Central Park is also 3-4 min walk. The decor of the apartment is also amazing. The apartment itself is very good. Spacious room and the lounge/sitting room was where we spent our time and watched TV at night. Internet facility is available , you can easily log in to Netflix and watch movies. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you can think of, right from oil, salt, sugar to cheese grater and other cooking accessories. The same goes for the bathroom. neat and clean, he provided clean towels, tooth brush and tooth paste along with ear cleaning buds. I mean these people take care of everything and provide everything. You think of it and it's there in the house. The sweetest gesture was the box of chocolates that was kept for us as a welcome present. Overall, we had a great experience.

Victoria is an amazing host. She is very helpful and quick to respond. Her house is beautiful and very well kept. We liked the place a lot and wanted to even extend our stay but it was already booked.

I had a wonderful stay at Mariya’s house in Astaa! The design of the place is absolutely amazing – stylish, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cosy. Everything was spotless and super clean, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, with shops, cafes, and a gym just a short walk away. The house is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay. On top of that, Mariya was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout the whole process – communication was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

A perfect accommodation for my 8-night stay in Almaty. Vitaly is very helpful and responsive to your messages and inquiries and did his best to accommodate to your requests. Besides, the place is super clean, spacious and is well-equipped with everything you need. Otherwise, Small Supermarket is within a short walking distance. All in all, I am impressed with the place and will definitely come back to stay here if I ever come back to visit Almaty again! :)

It was extremely wonderful to stay at this property. The apartment was well described in the description and turned out more accurate than my expectations. The apartment has everything we need to make us feel at home. Natalya and Julia had taken care of even the smallest things possible. Well placed dishwasher liquids, detergent, utensils, salt, pepper, sugar. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Julia also helped us with local recommendations and was quick to answer all our queries anytime. We had checked in late as our flight was delayed. She guided us till we safely reached our apartment. Also the city and Mountain View from the apartment was amazing. Thank you for having us.

Kanysh was very friendly and was always trying to help, whenever we needed. He personally picked us from the airport and to took us around his home. We were in regular touch to communicate with each other, though we met only once in person on the first day. His apartment was furnished, as described in the listing. Only thing missing was an AC, which was probably not so much required in the pleasant weather of Almaty. There was a pedestal fan, though, which helped us in two three warm days during our stay. It had everything else. There was a small mall at a walking distance, wherefrom essentials could be bought. There were a few Indian restaurants nearby, which helped us. A small point - if possible, the bed sheet should be held tighly over the matress, though both were very good. Overall, our experience with the host, his apartment, Almaty city and its people were very good. We recommend his home for those planning a visit to Almaty in future.

The apartment is bright, warm, and quiet. Highly recommend it to everyone. The host, Assem, communicates smoothly, making the check-in process seamless. Her mother is a nice lady, very friendly. We spent over ten days here, and it felt just like home.

Place is exactly as described. Good location with ciffee shop and grocery right below apartment. Good veg Indian restaurant Dhara, also within 2-3 min walk. She is responsive and solves any issue if any within very short time.

It was so good that I'd like to stay again if I come back to Kazakhstan! It was perfect for a family of 5 to use~ The host was also very kind, so I had a comfortable rest! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the accommodation because I have a bad sense of direction, but it was easier to find than I thought, and the host came in person and guided me because I arrived late at night and he thought it would be hard to access the accommodation. It was located in a place where it was easy to get a taxi, and it was convenient because there were marts, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop to the tourist attractions was 4 minutes away.

Everything was fine, we only stayed overnight... the house is clean and cozy, the check-in went smoothly! One minus, there was no toilet paper and napkins, we were with the children and it caused inconvenience, but everything is great
