Отличная квартира! Остались очень довольны. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию: чистая, уютная и с продуманным ремонтом. Всё необходимое для жизни есть – от посуды и бытовой техники до удобной мебели. Особенно порадовали маленькие приятные детали: хороший Wi-Fi, стиральная машина и удобное рабочее место. Расположение удачное: рядом магазины, кафе и транспорт. Дом тихий, соседи не беспокоили. Хозяин квартиры отзывчивый и внимательный – быстро решал все вопросы. Однозначно рекомендую и, если будет возможность, снова выберу этот вариант!

Kamilas place was very comfortable and I'd recommend this highly to anyone looking to stay in Almaty. She is a wonderful host and she was very helpful and quick to respond. She was thoughtful enough to equip the house with everything a traveller might need. There are lots of shops in the building itself that are open 24/7 and that makes things so convenient. there's a nice playground for kids as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Aida & Serik were fabulous host ,always responsive - you text them and the reply is in a jiffy. We loved the apartment super spacious which was great for our daughter n us. The kitchen had everything you need. The apartment complex had many play areas/parks which again made our stay with our daughter too peaceful and we had a lovely time. The apartment is centrally located and a mall is a stones throw away. The driver they arranged Vladimir was extremely hospitable , took us on daytrips and picked and dropped us to airport.His car is perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage.

Beatiful apartment. Close to the US embassy, grocery store nearby. Gigantic hot tub. I also appreciated a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Bektas is a wonderful host and a true gentleman he helped us with everything right from getting groceries to places to visit all the do's and don'ts i appreciate the warm welcome and proactive behaviour I would recommend this place for group who want to be on their own want peace comfort and freedom them friends this is the place

A great apartment at a great location, everything looked the same as in pictures and the host was very friendly and helpful and answered my messages quickly!

I was pleased with my stay at Nurlan's flat. I was working nearby, so I appreciated that the office was only a five- or six-minute walk away. As for the flat itself, the thing that most stood out to me was the sound proofing. I didn't really hear the neighbors at all during a month-long stay. I also was able to play music in the mornings and evenings and didn't hear any complaints from the neighbors or Nurlan, so everything must have been fine. The entrance door is a bit heavy and as soon as I closed it, I felt that I was in a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Almaty. The flat itself is quite new. The refrigerator is spacious and the heater in the bedroom was much appreciated given the chilly autumn nights. The iron worked well and the desk and lamp were welcome. The building has two lifts and a ramp, so no need to climb stairs with a pram or luggage. I would definitely stay here again and actually wanted to extend my stay by a few days, however the flat had already been booked!
