Monthly Rentals in Kawit Island

This cozy, well-secured unit offers stunning views from the balcony and rooftop in a developing area of Cebu. We very much enjoyed the provided amenities, easy access via Grab/Taxis and the convenience of nearby restaurants. While construction noise was minimal, some neighbor noise was noticeable. Internet speed was variable, suitable for casual use but may not be ideal for remote work. We appreciated the full kitchen, entertainment options (TV, Netflix, Disney+) and access to the pool and gym. Our host, Irish, was excellent. We highly recommend this Airbnb for future stays in Cebu. We were looking for a quiet space to stay in after mom's operation. Madelyn's place was perfect for this. Quiet, secure, and with enough space and amenities for 3-4 people for a month. Thankful to Madelyn for accepting our last minute reservation and accommodating us even if we were discharged from hospital late at night. Appreciated the welcome gifts and pantry basics as well.
