Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Hosté oceňují výhled na rybník, procházky či cyklistiku v blízkých lesích, nebo možnost návštěvy okolních kulturních památek. Dům stojí na vesnici nedaleko Jindřichova Hradce. Příjemně si odpočinete, ať už projíždíte, nebo chcete zůstat na pár dní.

Das Baumhaus Imbach bietet bequem Platz für zwei Personen. Auf dem Schlafsofa können weitere zwei Personen übernachten. Von der Unterkunft aus lässt es sich bestens zu den verschiedensten Ausflügen aufbrechen: in die Wachau, nach Krems oder ins Waldviertel. Aber auch die Hauptstadt Wien liegt nur eine Stunde entfernt.

Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick von den Weinbergen bis zur Donau. Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Koupelna je vybavena sprchovým koutem, WC, umyvadlem a pračkou. K dispozici je dále WIFI, HIFI, dětská a cestovní postýlka. Stavba dispozičně odpovídá 1+kk a je proto ideální pro pár, či ubytování na služební cestě. Rádi využívají ubytování také větší skupinky, kterým nevadí spát na gaučích.

My house is in the middle of a village built around a village green. Your flat has its own entrance. You will enjoy your stay because of the cosiness of the furnishing, the comfortable beds, the bright rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacy bathroom, the library, free Wi-Fi, Win10Laptop, laser printer. My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Ráno si užijete klidnou snídani na terase, projížďku na loďce, během dne se osvěžíte pod solární sprchou a odpočinete si v hamace s výhledem na západ slunce. Večer vás zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

Naše chata se nachází na polosamotě v lese u řeky Stropnice. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.
