My daughter and I rent out our home on some weekends and holidays to supplement our income and because it's nice that others get to experience this charming place🤗 The house is located on Møllenberg, an area with wooden houses, a lot of soul and history. You will live in the heart of the city, but still without noise. Bus and train within walking distance, Solsiden with cafes, shops and nightlife is a 3-minute walk away. A short walk away from the city center. We love living here and it is characterized by the apartment🤗

Recharge your batteries in this unique place, a stone's throw from the sea. Here you can swim, fish, go for walks, or shop from Frosta's kitchen garden. Take a trip to historic Tautra, see unique birds in the bird sanctuary, or enjoy the night sky with stars and northern lights from the living room. 60 minutes drive to Trondheim. 40 minutes to Levanger and Stjørdal/Trondheim Airport. We have 4 beds in the winter and 6 from May to October. In summer, two can stay in the boathouse. Close to boat rental (summer). By the pilgrim's trail!

Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, fridge and running water in summer. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, large garden (for play and relaxation) with both campfire and table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5-minute drive to the store and 10 minutes to the mall.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
