We had a comfortable stay at Carola's place, and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to stay for exploring Berlin and surrounding areas. Few things stood out: - Nice hosts: Pleasant in-person interactions and prompt response to messages - Great location: 2 mins. walk to train station (S-bahn) and large grocery store (REWE). You can reach all major attractions in Berlin within 30-45 mins. (change to U-bahn at Wuhlethal) - Private and secure car parking - Big and spacious apartment, well furnished and well stocked Our big thanks to Carola and her husband!

We stayed at Linda's great apartment with our kids for an extended weekend. It was top modern and very clean. At night you could sleep very well because it was absolutely quiet (despite the airport and many neighbors). The apartment was located just outside the center of Berlin and you can be in the city in about 30 minutes by SBahn or RB. The path to the SBahn station was about 10 minutes' walk and easily accessible. There is also a corner shopping facility (Norma, China snack, fitness studio...) and a big highlight for our children, the small playgrounds right outside the front door 👍 The blocks are brand new and very modern and you can easily get to the apartment or to the parking space in the underground garage by elevator to the 6th floor. Communication with Linda was also impeccable. Thank you 😊

Lovely, large apartment with an amazing view! Our plan was to explore Berlin, which worked very well for us from Woltersdorf with the public. There is good transport connection to Berlin from Erkner by train. We did not try the bus line Near the apartment, are by car to Erkner and used the free P&R parking directly at the train station. 👍 The Martin family is very personable and pleasant. All in all a trip that we had a lot of fun!

We stayed for nearly 4 months. If you've seen this accommodation, make a reservation before it's too late. ^ ^ Everything was convenient and the landlord was kind.

Such a lovely place surrounded by forests. This place is worth a visit.

Very spacious apartment right in the center of Cottbus. Restaurants and shops were quickly reached on foot. The host was always available for inquiries. We can only recommend the apartment and would move there again at any time.

Great apartment, beautiful apartment, super equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice linens. Immaculately clean. Very good communication with the Host, clear tips, check-in at any time. Highly recommend.

There is nothing missing in the tiny house, everything became very smart and space-saving (and totally tasteful and inviting) solved. We were two adults and three children, and felt very comfortable. Thanks to the detailed information in advance, practically no questions came up, we were perfectly prepared. The area is very quiet and you have a beautiful environment right outside the door. The children's toys and the small playground in the garden have made it even more relaxing for us. Thank you for everything, I'm sure we'll be back!

A beautiful place to stay. The location was really great and the wagon was beautifully surrounded by meadows. The decor was great, especially the blue sofa, which we liked very much. The arrival was very warm and Livia and Johannes are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were there over Easter and even got a small Easter present. All in all, the perfect place to relax and unwind!
