We had a really great time at Anisas house. We loved the private access to the river and the jungle on the other side of the river. There were pretty humingbirds in the garden and we saw monkeys in the jungle. We sat dry outside while watching the rain... a perfect stay!

Passing through to visit Volcan Tenorio Park, Carol's apartment is conveniently located, minutes away. The accommodation is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the photos, very clean with all the essentials. Carol is very responsive to any request. Highly recommended accommodation, this is one of the most pleasant Airbnbs we have rented in Costa Rica.

We had an amazing experience staying at Pamela's cabin! It had everything we needed to feel comfortable, so when we arrived we felt right at home. The check-in and check-out were very easy. The cabin is located by the forest, which made it even more special.

What an amazing place! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was great, fast responses that were always helpful. Being right in the jungle was an incredible experience for us. We highly recommend the walk down to the river. The place is a birders paradise. We saw and heard so many different birds, well over 20 different species! The second afternoon we were sitting in the deck and suddenly heard a troop of howler monkeys not too far away. We walked down the road 100 yards or so and found them in two trees. We watched for a while as they napped and played. We did two tours nearby with the guide they recommended Jhonny’s Magical Nature Tours and he was such an amazing guide! Definitely book one or several tours with him. The road it’s on is gravel and a bit bumpy, just go slow and you’ll be fine. It didn’t seem like AWD or 4x4 is needed, a sedan would do okay. It’s rocky and not dirt we drove it in heavy rain and it was not an issue.
