We recently spent 7 unforgettable days at a beautiful villa near Alykes Beach in Zakynthos, and it was truly a dream vacation. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and came with a fantastic pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is ideal – just a short walk from the famous Alykes Beach, yet peaceful enough to feel like a secluded paradise. What really made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the landlord. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped us arrange a private boat cruise, which allowed us to explore hidden gems around the island, including the famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves also managed to spot some turtles. They also provided us with great local food recommendations. We also ordered food from their restaurant when we where lazy to leave the villa. I would deffinetly recommend it!

Wow! what a beautiful villa - one of the best we have stayed in. It was modern, stylish, clean and everything had been thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and BBQ area were also to a very high standard. The pool was cleaned every morning. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the whole island. The owners did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Great information on places to visit were sent prior to arrival which were useful. Fruit and wine provided on arrival and sweets on departure was a kind gesture and much appreciated. If we were to return to Zante we would stay here without hesitation.

Lucy and Pascalis are fantastic hosts. We stayed at their house in May and couldn’t have had a better week. The house was perfect, it was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and was in a lovely location close to the small beach and a few restaurants They checked in with us regularly, giving us local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. They are awesome, lovely, amazing, generous, enthusiastic and helpful (feedback from my 9 year old daughter!)

Nikos’ place was such a beautiful villa in a great location, the pool was great and cleaned regularly. There were plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance as well as beautiful Kalamaki beach. Nikos was very helpful and the villa was very clean with all the necessary facilities. Will definitely stay again, thank you Nikos for all your help 😊

The location was the best we have had in Kefalonia. Everything within easy access although you do need a car. The airport is very close by and Maria was helpful in recommendations and helping us arrange hair for a wedding etc we attended!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

Super nice place to stay, everything as shown in the pictures. Modern, very clean and superbly equipped. We had no contact with Giorgos, but with his co-host Nikos. Super friendly contact. Nikos contacted us before the start of the holiday and provided us with a lot of information about the house, as well as many useful/ worth seeing tips from the island. During our stay, he always asked if everything was okay. We highly recommend this house. For the stay, it is best to have a car, because the house is very rural. It was very quiet.

I really enjoyed this place. The landlords were so super nice and helpful. It was also no problem at all that I got a visit at short notice. The apartment was also cleaned and you received a really great welcome package at the beginning. I felt very comfortable throughout and enjoyed the stay very much.

The surrounding of the villa is peaceful and quiet, perfect for group relaxation, but it does not affect our travel arrangements at all. We all agree that Dimitris is the best host we have ever met!! Sincerely and enthusiastically considered every detail for us.Not only was the house well prepared and there were no problems, but they were also patient in helping us with all aspects of transportation, travel, and dining. The villa is very carefully arranged from the inside to the outside, fully equipped, and the necessities of life are very thoughtfully prepared.It's a very comfortable stay that makes you feel the warmth of home. This was by far our best family holiday. The place is cosy, beautifully furnished, spacious and far exceeded our expectations from the original description and photos. The 360 degree panorama is dripping with beauty, olive groves, flowers and peace. We all found our own special places like the swing chair, pool, the balconies, fire pit beside the curtain of rain water feature the lovely corner set of comfortable chairs that caught the glorious Greek morning sun. Tasos was kind and informative, available and helpful. We were given some very generous extras in the fridge and kitchen. The villa we came to realise is beautifully situated close to lovely Tavernas - I highly recommend Ampelostrates restaurant and Lagardi Taverna just six minutes away. Agios Sostis was lovely but avoid Laganas!! Touristy and expensive with little atmosphere. We are now dreaming and planning how and when we can return to this charming villa and all felt so sad on departure. Thank you Tasos and Sinead so much

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! The place is absolutely stunning, tastefully decorated but still feels welcoming. We travelled as two couples with babies, the host arranged baby cots without any additional fee for our little ones. The villa was cleaned daily. It is truly worth the money!

By far one of the best stays we have ever had!! The villa was beautiful and had all we needed and more for a group of 8. Harry made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand with advice, support and goodies. We would recommend anyone to stay at Muthee and experience Harry and Annas unbelievable hospitality. Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking surroundings! We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool area, which offered incredible mountain views while still feeling completely private and peaceful. The outdoor space was beautifully designed and truly the highlight of our stay. Inside, the house was equally impressive, with thoughtful little touches throughout that made everything feel extra special. The host was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, one of the most beautiful air bnbs we have stayed in.

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

Villa Calma was an amazing place for our 3 families to stay. It has amazing outdoor space, a beautiful pool; and swimming in the ocean just down the rocks. Sea there was amazing for snorkelling. Short walk to a small beach and 2 great restaurants. We loved the quiet location. Angela is an amazing host. 6 bedrooms were perfect for us. Kitchen is stocked ok, but would be useful to have some more utensils. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Harry’s. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Although we could’ve just stayed at the pool and enjoyed the views, the location was perfectly in the middle of all our planned activities. Harry was great with recommendations and so helpful! Hopefully we will be back<3

Before we arrived we were sent details of places to visit and other information so we could be prepared before our stay. Upon arrival the villa looked bigger than the pictures. The villa was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The local amenities were on our doorstep, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. We found everything we needed for our weeks stay within a 1min walk. This was extremely handy as we traveled with a 13 & 8 year old. The beach in the opposite direction was a short walk from the villa which had beautiful views, the beach has bars & restaurants too. The beach is famous for turtle spotting which we were lucky enough to see one. We would recommend a car to see the rest of the island.

We would like to warmly thank our host for their welcome and availability throughout our stay. The little personalized touches of our arrival. This really increased the quality of our stay. The villa was amazing and perfectly matched the description and was even more wonderful in real life than in the photos. Thanks again for everything to our host, we hope to see you again next year!

Maria and her family are the greatest host we have ever seen! Their hospitality is top notch. They have prepared food and drinks upon our arrival made us felt super welcome. Even in the middle of our stay, they sent two more wines for us without actually interrupting the space. Not to mention, their home was absolutely beautiful!! It looked exactly like the pictures, the sunset, the pool and the sea, everything was stunning. It was very clean and amenities were very sufficient. The location was amazing as well, plenty of restaurants around and the area was quiet and peaceful. There are too many good things happened, let’s just say we are missing them already. Highly recommended!!!

Without a doubt the most fantastic Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking—sunrises that will stay with us forever. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a full kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The beds are dreamy, the sofa is perfect for lounging after a beach day, and the showers feel like a spa experience. Our host was absolutely charming and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The nearby village is just 10 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. We especially recommend La Grotta—a cozy spot with truly delicious food. And don’t miss Paolo Corners for the best gyros on the island (and the kindest people!). It was our first time visiting, and we highly recommend exploring the whole island. T

We’ve had an amazing family holiday at Villa Verde and EVERYTHING about it exceeded our expectations. Dimitris met us on arrival for a quick tour of the villa and outside areas. The Villa itself has everything you could want and more. It is comfortable, modern and clean. We were welcomed with a beautiful fruit platter, fresh bread, milk, water and lots of pantry items. The outside area is absolutely stunning - the beautifully planted areas, outdoor BBQ, dining area and the views are spectacular. The pool was cleaned daily for us, very early and we weren’t disturbed. The villa was cleaned mid week with bedding and towels changed. We had some lovely food at Amoudi Restaurant and Rua Mat, both recommended by Dimitris. Dimitris was attentive and checked in on us via messaging a few times to check we had everything we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Villa Verde if you are looking for a peaceful, high end haven all to yourselves. We would love to return one day.

We had a great few days at the villa. It was very clean and the swimmingpool was really nice. The house had a lot of space and we cooked some nice dinner in the lovely big kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay, would love to come back!
