Vacation rentals with breakfast in Katastari

Villa set in Stunning setting. Very precarious drive to villa. When asked for specific directions and address I did not hear from the host until we arrived at the airport, which was , for me a little frustrating as I like to plan ahead. The host met us at a petrol station near the villa which was fine but I wanted to know this was the plan before hand. Villa was very clean, minimal furniture and barely enough cooking Utensils/cutlery Definitely need a car to access bars , restaurants and beaches. It was very peaceful but I did not know that the villa is infact attached to another , this is still being finished off BUT when it’s occupied it will not have the peace and tranquility you expect . Check before you book to see if you’ll have neighbours. Cleaner didn’t come until day 5 , not enough when you toilet bins need emptying. The pool said it was heated but definitely was not, very cold . Dont leave any doors open as you will be overrun with cats.

Great host. We felt very welcomed and have enjoyed our vacation in Vlassia's house. Vlassia treated us to some authentic, home cooked, greek food! Really pleased with our stay in this lovely place.

Mrs. Katerina was a great host, very friendly and willing to guide us to beautiful destinations. The space is very clean and tidy. If we ever find ourselves in Zakynthos again we will choose it again. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay!! Nice to meet you!!

Amazing experience!!one the best hostes that i have ever had. Dionisios was answering the phone at anytime and that was very helpfull for me and my friends. I have no words for the place,it was a unique experience and it was exactly like the photos. i hope to be there next year again cause five days is not enough.

We have just got home after a wonderful week of staying at David and Karins Donkey Bay Club. Our requirements were a lovely location, clean comfortable accommodation, good food, friendly staff and a place where could just relax and chill out. We achieved all of requirements and by the end of the week, felt that we were part of the family. The club is located on the edge of a clean Sandy Bay which is ideal for young families. David is very knowledgeable about the area and knows a considerable number of locals who provided services as required. On this occasion we did not explore Zante but he helped those that wanted to by hiring cars, boats and transfers as and when required as well as advising on local eateries! Saying that, the food and service to Donkey Bay was exceptional so probably no reason to go elsewhere.Special thanks goes to Lucca who was in attendance all day (and evening) to our needs by the pool, bar and restaurant. We hope to return in the future with our family.

Panagiotis place was exactly as described! The beach front property was perfect for us with everything exactly as expected - perfect indoor accommodation as we hoped as we booked very late in the season. We had a wonderful stay with one minor obstruction when we had to move property on our last night. Should have been like for like, but sadly wasn't, however it was very high quality indeed. Panagiotus's instant reactions throughout were very reassuring, and the staff, especially Maria, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. In general, if you can get Panagiotis' apartment on the beach, it is incredible and very private. We were very lucky to get a holiday at such short notice due to current financial pressures. I would recommend Panagiotis as a host any day if you're looking for a holiday with a host who is reliable, available whenever you need, and simply honest about what you're going to get when you arrive. Maria was FANTASTIC! Great place if you're going private! xx

Me and my 4 friends loved staying at this place. The apartment was beautiful and everything was exactly like in the pictures. The host was also helpful and friendly. The area was peaceful and we liked how close to the beach the air bnb was! We loved the communal pool that was available to use everyday. Also the restaurant below the air bnb served really delicious food. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10 experience :)

We stayed here as three friends on a work trip. The location was perfect; close to the beach, restaurants and clubs. The room was clean, cozy, fitted with a great airconditioner and a great outdoor area. Would 100% come here again!

We stayed there just for one night but as everything was exceptional we wished we could stay a lot longer. Definitely recommend 🇬🇷🫶🏼🔝

The apartment is in a convenient location, on the edge of the center of Zakynthos. Always available parking. Equipped with every comfort and the lady was always kind and friendly, she also provided us with an umbrella to go to the beach and linen change. Highly recommend!

This place is as nice as it is in the photos. Overall, it was clean but the hot tub was slightly dirty, even after the cleaning staff visited… Our host was super nice, he communicated with us throughout the stay and was ALWAYS available, thank you so much to him!

As soon as Revekka opened the door to the apartment I gasped at the beautiful view, & the loveliest welcome basket ever, with fruit, sweets, homemade treats inc. a delicious rose wine liquor. The apartment is compact and so perfectly and thoughtfulfully laid out to feel spacious. It is immaculate with a very comfy bed and lovely shower, but the standout feature is the breathtaking view from every angle, and watching sunrise & sunset. Breakfast delivery every morning was a special treat and felt like 5* hotel. Lorraine's homemade bread is delicious especially lightly toasted with honey. I can't speak highly enough of how warm friendly and helpful Revekka, Evangelia & Lorraine were, giving great advice. Nothing seemed too much trouble, they were genuinely happy to help us have the best holiday. The recommended taxi service, Olympic Transfers were fantastic too. The beach is very close as are good restaurants & bars, inc Lorraine's Magic Hill. Thea Suites is wonderful. I will return

We absolutely loved our stay! Even though we only stayed for a short while, we were treated with the utmost warmth😊 The sea view and direct beach-access definitely stands out!! Vasili was very accommodating, he brought us a small breakfast on the day of arrival and provided us with shampoo and shower gel. The room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Vasili and his apartment! :)

It's super cheap, the view is first-class, but the road is a bit difficult to walk. Later, I found that the beach hotel road in Zakynthos Island was not easy to walk, it was all Shashi Mountain Road.

Best Airbnb I've stayed at. Airport shuttle was included in the price, which was ideal. In advance, everything well coordinated by Eric and Magali so that everything went smoothly. Upon arrival, a delicious welcome drink. Our room was top notch and clean bedding every day. Also a delicious new breakfast every day. From crêpes to Greek delicacies to a little bit of cottage cheese: delicious start of the day! We had that breakfast overlooking the lovely swimming pool where we have often located in and next to under the Greek sun. In addition, we could easily rent a car through Eric and Magali: a must on this island. Throughout the week we were able to explore a large part of the island, stay on many beaches, snorkeled and tried many restaurants. Furthermore, a private boat tour was arranged for a nice price. Eric gave us nice tips and information about the island and places to swim among the rocks during the tour. Finally: home-made cocktails by the pool, a nice extra😁

We loved it here, the amenities in the apartment were great we really appreciated the freezer and the air conditioning during the heatwave! You really do need a car to get around even walking to closest village wouldn't be possible(no street lights, uneven roads), restaurants in Spartia are great if you don't want to travel far. The included breakfast was greatly appreciated a mix of cooked and continental.
