Beach house vacation rentals in Katakolo

The apartment is well located and nicely furnished including amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine and fast wifi. We felt very much at home here and the hosts were approachable and had great recommendations. We stayed here during the off-season (in May) and the beach directly opposite of the street was full of driftwood and the beach bar closed. So we ended up going to Voidokilias beach most of the time which is roughly 15-20 minutes away and just incredible.

Nikolaos ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, welcher sehr zuvorkommend ist und sehr schnell auf jegliche Anliegen und Fragen antwortet. Top Unterkunft, top Gastgeber und top Ferien.

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. We had an absolutely amazing experience in Kipseli, Zakynthos! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality from the hosts – they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell they truly care about their guests. The place itself was spotless – everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The location is fantastic – tucked away in a peaceful area, but with easy access to the local town and nearby beaches. We loved being able to explore the island during the day and return to such a calm and relaxing environment in the evening. The parking was easy and convenient. Will come back!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. Belle maison décorée avec goût et bien entretenue. Jardin agréable et ombragé. Équipements à disposition pour emporter à la belle plage qui se trouve au bout du chemin. Hôtes sympathiques, arrangeants et de bons conseils. Nuits au calme en ce mois de juin. À recommander sans hésitations !

Wat een fantastische villa! Alles was perfect: het huis is ruim, stijlvol ingericht en superschoon. Het heeft een prachtig zwembad en op maar een paar minuten lopen van het strand. Sakis, de eigenaar, is supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Hij gaf ons meteen een warm welkom en stond altijd klaar voor tips of hulp. Wat extra fijn is: naast de villa zit het gezellige restaurantje van Sakis, waar Elena en Kostas je heel aardig ontvangen. We hebben er een aantal keer heerlijk gegeten. Voor ons was het een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen. Dankjewel Sakis. Wij komen terug!

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location within 15 minute walk to nearest shops,bars and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas with it being so clean. Stathis was very helpful with organising our transfers and quad bike hire. We will definitely be returning very soon!

Takis was a wonderful host and the property was spotless and beautiful. Takis was extremely helpful during our stay, helping with local recommendations and always available if we needed help. We even received fresh eggs, vegetables and a traditional dessert from his Mother which was a wonderful touch. The house itself was just as described, clean and felt like home! The pool was huge and super clean, fantastic BBQ Grill & area outside too. Overall, we had the best experience in Zakinthos and Takis and his Mother played a huge role in that with all their help and recommendations! Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Perfect!!! - Olga's accommodation was as described, even more beautiful on Site. Everything was clean and the accommodation very well equipped. Olga and her family gave us a very warm welcome, always responded super quickly to messages and inquiries, and were very helpful. Also we always had our privacy at the accommodation. The outdoor area with the pool and the available seating areas is particularly beautiful and ideal for barbecues. We really can recommend Olga's accommodation to everyone!! Also the location is perfect and much quieter than in Lagana Town, where the party is. The town is easily accessible, and the many other beautiful places on the island can be easily reached, for example, by rental car. We would like to thank Olga very much for the wonderful time we had, the refreshing dips in the pool, and the fantastic hospitality. We have never experienced this kind of hospitality in any other Airbnb - Thank you!!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

Huis is prachtig, absoluut niets op aan te merken. Vooral het contact was erg prettig. George hielp ons met alles, gaf ons aanbevelingen voor verschillende dingen en was ten alle tijde bereikbaar.

This vacation was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts are not just great hosts, they are truly amazing people. I am never the type of person to leave reviews, but the hospitality that my family and I received here was something I’ve never experienced. This will forever be the place I stay when visiting the island. It’s a rather private place, and within a 5 minute drive from the main strip. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

we hebben het geweldig gehad! het huisje,zwembad, omgeving is nog mooier dan op de foto s. het huisje is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, echt ontzettend compleet ! het zwembad is heerlijk en tuin is mooi. er werd regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar wens was op een prettige manier . halverwege de week kwam er een schoonmaker en ook handdoeken werden ververst. de omgeving is mooi , je moet wel een auto hebben anders kom je niet ver . op loopafstand is een minimarkt en twee restaurants. wij hebben geen feedback, het was ontzettend goed!

Pur essendo situato in un quartiere molto vivo di notte, l’appartamento non è disturbato da rumori vista la posizione riparata dalla via principale. La casa è semplicemente stupenda. C’è un giardino antistante alla veranda che rende tutto ancora più gradevole. L’host Dionisis è molto cordiale e gentile. Ci ha portato il pane fresco più di una volta oltre a prodotti del suo orto. Ci è stato permesso anche di posticipare il checkout di qualche ora, il che non è scontato. Un’esperienza che ripeteremmo molto volentieri. Super consigliato!

Καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης το σπίτι άψογο πεντακάθαρο με τρομερή θέα όλα ήταν στην εντέλεια έμοιαζε σαν το σπίτι μας και ήταν πολύ καλό αυτό τέσσερα άτομα με ένα παιδί και περάσαμε καταπληκτικά

We had an amazing holiday at Cas Alma. Panos was so pro-active in getting in touch, and offered us lots of useful information and recommendations. The accommodation was faultless, super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided and the beds were very comfortable. Would love to return and would feel in good hands with Panos. Excellent host and accommodation.

Spacious and beautiful house, with an unbeatable location near the beach. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. Sophia, Nick’s mother, warmly welcomed us (she even baked a cake!) and gave us great tips about the area. We were allowed to use the SUP, the loungers with shade, and the outdoor shower was very convenient. Dinner with a view of the sea was fantastic. For light sleepers: the neighbor’s dog woke us a few times at night.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war sauber und Andreas hat schnell reagiert als wir ein WiFi Problem hatten. Wie in Zakynthos üblich, musste man das Toilettenpapier in den Müll werfen.

We had 4 beautiful days and nights in Pavlos-Christoss beautiful villa. The terrace is wonderful in both mornings and evenings. The house is very well equipped and the garden is so nice and well kept. We would definitely like to come back some day.
