Very nice room, great location, great value for money. You can see Kata Beach from the balcony. It's very spectacular when the weather is good. The staff clean the room every 2-3 days. The room is a bit old, but it's very clean. Because it's on a hillside, there will be some small ants in the room, but it doesn't affect the second floor bedroom. The host is very welcoming and introduces the functional area. Very good accommodation experience. I will go again in the future

The listing is exactly as described. The swimming pool is also very nice and very clean. The largest dumbbell in the gym is 50 pounds. It's not bad. The room is very clean and cozy. Staying here is also very close to Karon Beach, about 10 minutes walk away! The only downside is that there is a super long slope on the way back to the apartment. It's a little tiring if you walk. Lastly, the Host is very nice. He is British. Very friendly. It's very comfortable to communicate with him.
