Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

The overall atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly and always ready to help, The expectations were met exactly as expected. The location is in a key position, at walking distance from all sorts of amenities, anything you possibly need, restaurants, supermarkets, services, and Nai Harn beach.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Great place and price.

Only the furniture was not quite upset in high humidity. Reversible in different places repaired and cabinet doors warped. Make free laundry for that. Cleaning up to 1-2 times a week is included, more is possible on request. Contact very friendly and accommodating

Wonderful apartment near the picturesque Nai Harn beach. free transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.30. On the protected area of the condominium there is 2 swimming pool, gym, parking, cafe. Lots of cozy restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: new comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, etc. Alena is a great and hospitable hostess, instantly answered all questions, helped with car rental. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

Super nice apartment! Exactly as shown in the pictures:) Everyone was very friendly! Only the location needs to be considered! So either rent a scooter or be prepared to take a taxi or similar for every route. However, the café is a good and delicious option right outside the door:)

Mary was awesome! It was easy to communicate with her. The apartment was nice too. We really enjoyed the pool and the nearby convenience store. I would highly recommend staying at Mary’s place.

Maria prepared the apartment well, even there is a change of linen, towels, there is everything you need, including for self-cooking. Responding to any questions promptly. The location is quiet, 25 minutes walk to the beach. Price may be a bit overpriced, but in high season it's hard to find a more decent option. The experience is good

I had a fantastic stay here! The flat is super spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the market, where I could buy fresh, affordable food every day. The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful; I didn’t hear a thing from the neighbors, which made it a perfect spot for me because im very sensitive. The view was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! The electric bill was also very reasonable, just 700 baht for the week. Another great perk was meeting interesting people from places like New York and France at the pool, which added to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and convenient place to stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay at Kanda's Apartment! We had a fantastic stay at Kanda's apartment in Patong. The place was cosy, stylish, and centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. It was just a short walk to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, yet still peaceful and comfortable. Kanda was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Patong!

In general, following his recommendations, you can not only save time on meaningless searches, but also protect your budget with empty expenses! We recommend Evgenia and his amazing apartment! New, clean, huge, with a great view of the sea and Karon beach! We really liked the location of the apartment. In a secluded, quiet place, but at the same time close to all the grassy, entertainment places by caron. A quiet walk 10 minutes walk to the beach! Just gorgeous. And just a few minutes to the noisy life of the caron. The apartments are equipped with the latest technology. A gorgeous induction stove, a microwave, a large fridge. The dishes are all available, we only had enough for three. Knowing from Evgeny the best prices and shops, we always cooked breakfasts themselves, sometimes lunches and dinners. A large TV, cable TV, 600 channels, there are several Russian channels, including the first, a huge condo, so even in the hottest weather it will be comfortable! The internet is beyond all praise. For all our gadgets, at the same time all family members, it was enough with a piece of quality and speed!!!! You can talk about your stay at Evgeny's place for a very long time, in one word everything is wonderful and super! Evgenia, keep it up! Thank you so much from me and our family!
