This is a beautiful area of Istria, the sea is clean, the people are friendy. The place is beautiful, our host thought of everything. The neighbors were kind and helpful, and the view is amazing. If you arrive with a car it is very convenient to go to the nearby towns for exclusive dinners or shopping, but the local restaurant (Intrade) had an exceptional chef and server as well. Try the wine of the house there, and the steak!

Great place to stay for a larger group and exactly as described. There was even more equipment than described (e.g. towels were provided). You should know that communication is external and not via Airbnb. But everything still worked out great.

The outdoor area features a modern swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers under large umbrellas. A spacious terrace extends from the villa, with large glass balustrades enhancing the view of the lush garden and nearby homes.

Very nice house exceeded our expectations! Kitchen perfectly furnished, we didn't miss anything. Also small things such as dish soap, dishwashing sponge, etc. And soap and toilet paper were everywhere in the bathrooms. Super nice contact on site, always available and flexible! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Villa Sirok. The place is just top and 1:1 as described in the pictures. Our wish for a high chair was immediately fulfilled and in general the communication worked great. Room layout, cleanliness and the terrace or garden, with outdoor kitchen and beautiful pool have made the holiday perfect for us 8 adults 2 children. The villa is in a quiet location but not far from the sea, towns (Novigrad and Porec, …) and shopping. There is absolutely nothing to complain about and we will be happy to come back.😊

We had consciously chosen this secluded accommodation and in the evening always noticed how great it was to unwind there. We had our e-bikes with us and wanted to ride the bikes to the beach more often, but then preferred beaches that were a little further away. But by car, it was all no problem. Jens is a great host. Whenever we had a little problem, we could contact him and he had a solution. We'd love to come back!!!

I would like to highlight the incredibly friendly neighbor Lina, who made the check-in and check-out so uncomplicated and warm – it couldn't have been better. The location of the property is perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. An absolute secret tip, which I highly recommend.
